[Resolved] WLC College — fraudulent | |||
i had submitted the registration fee in wlc college,noida..!! one of their executives told me that the registration fee is refundable i.e.10000/- .. later when i did not want to join the college and asked for a refund the executive changed his words and said that their was some kind of a miscommunication..!! now when im not taking my admission there these peaple are not ready to refund the registration fee..i can't just throw 10000 rupees like that..!! this is a fraud done by them to a student.. please help me so that i could get my refund..!! they are of no help..!!! they just give thousands of reasons behind it and just don't pay any attention.. whatever their policies are..i don't have to do anything with it..!! and secondly when i was told that it is refundable...it better be refunded... i am filing an F.I.R against them as a student..!!!

This has been posted by the user with the specific intention of maligning the good name of the college - also it contains several statements that amount to character assignation, slander and defamation.
This individual is neither a dissatisfied customer nor a genuine person - he is carrying out a calculated campaign against the college on various forums, we believe he may be paid to do this by someone.
We have already filed a police complaint and have lodged a criminal case against this individual - since we are not able to trace his whereabouts the authorities are unable to arrest him.
The cyber crime department of the Delhi police is seized of this case is trying to trace this person.
We are proceeding along all legal channels to bring him to justice.
Would request you to immediately remove these comments with intimation to us

even iam a student of WLC college...i just took admission & my classes have also started...im toh very happy with the college...they are even helpd me in my interview skills...im now workin as a trainee wit kotak mahindra in d HR department...alankrita u r so confused...make a decision n stick 2 it !! dont spoil the college name & pandvaishali JOIN IT !!!

alankrit are you a dumb or what, what the silly complainted you have registered against ma college, you might be getting 100s of calls every day, so do u really do according to what dey say rather den check ing out what are the trems and conditions.Stupid!!! and den u call it a mis communication..ha ha after joingn the college you got to know every thing not before dat.Also don u know none of the colleges refund your money once you have taken admission...just take care of your self becoz the people like u can face big problems in future as well n den call it "MISS COMMUNICATION".

Guys who are passed out from the college and got employed on your own, please check your name in the college placement list. The college has taken the credit saying Mr. X has been placed under WLC placement programme (which would be 100% false).
I got myself employed on my own, but the shameless college has taken the credit.
You can check your name in google with the keyword = <your name> + WLC

As a bonafide student of WLCI, you must be well aware of the fact that The Application form / fee structure clearly state that the Registration fees, once paid and will not be refunded under any circumstance. Exceptionally, WLCI reserves the right to do so on humanitarian grounds.
Only the caution/security deposit amount will be refunded after completion of your course, after securing the No dues Certificate from the respective depts.
This is the standard procedure followed by WLCI. If you had followed the norms, you would have got the refund of your security deposit.

The Registration amount of 10, 000/- is Refundable . That is True . It is for students who complete the course.
I suggest that you talk to Ms. Geisha, who is the center head for Noida Campus .
