[Resolved]  WMV*WWW.MATCH.COM/BILL — UNNECESSARY SENDING THE BILL WHEN TPOLD BY ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT AUTO RENEWAL NOT WANTED

I had subscribed for my daughter for marriage selection on
the site called www.match.com, I had opted for the auto renewal, about 4-5 months back (cannot recollect correctly).
When I decided to get out of this matter for personal reasons, I sent no of mails to www.match.com, also i informed their people to see that I do not wish to continue so please they stop the auto renewal. But inspite of my repeated requests, I was unnecessary paying the bills which were sent to me via the credit card of HSBC, finaly even I told the Bank to look into the matter
and help me out, but that to with out any success.
So FINALY TOLD THE BANK TO BLOCK THE CARD(OLD CARD NO--HSBC NO [protected] BLOCKED ON 28/01/2009 AT 3:50 P.M BY MISS RUPA OF HSBC BANK.) AND SEND ME NEW CARD, LET ME BE HONEST THAT I AM HAPPY WITH HSBC SERVICES
FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS, SO I DO NOT WISH TO DISCONTINUE,
I WAS HAPPY TO RECEIVE THE NEW CARD.
PLEASE NOTE I AM PAYING THE COMPLETE AMOUNT OF RS 7516=04
BY CHEQUE FOR THE LAST TIME ON THE OLD CARD.
I HOPE THAT I AM NOW NOT DISTURBED BY THAT PARTY FOR ANY
REASON WHATSOEVER IN FUTUR, AND FORCE ME TO ENTER LEGALATIES.THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION AND RECORD.

I guess I am in the same boat how dumb are we all me especially me as this has been going on for 12mths and by the look of it the only way out is to cancel my credit card
Hi all, a friend just inform me, to get out of this suituation is to contact your bank and cancel your credit card, or watever you have, change your account number., I myself have cancel payment going to this match.com five months ago, and they have taken another $146 out of my account, and I'am furious about this.I no longer use this site anymore, this is a scam thingie, whoever this people are, should be brought to justice..PKaye..South Auckland..

I getting charged 24.95 monthly from my credit card. I have used the site for your services. I remember subscribing to match.com for only one month with I agreed to pay for it. But there is been monthly charges which i disagree to those charges. There fore I have called different times and dates[protected] but there is no responding to those phone calls. I requesting cancellation and full refund for the following months:

I joined match.com in Dec 2011 and was charged the registration fee on my credit card. I than met someone on my own and cancelled the membership in April 2012, therefore I did not require an automatic renewal in June 2012, but my credit card was charged for the renewal anyway in June 2012. I sent copies of my statements to match.com support services and requested that I get refunded for the charge and to make sure that it has been cancelled and no more charges would incur. I have had no luck to date having my request granted. I would like to know my options at this point? This is incredible to believe this can happen, they stated that they have sister companies that might have taken the money off my card and joined me without my authorization, which I believe is fraud, as I did not want to join any other site. These sites should be disbanned as they just keep taking people for their money.
