I had subscribed for my daughter for marriage selection on the site called www.match.com, I had opted for the auto renewal, about 4-5 months back (cannot recollect correctly). When I decided to get out of this matter for personal reasons, I sent no of mails to www.match.com, also i informed their people to see that I do not wish to continue so please they stop the auto renewal. But inspite of my repeated requests, I was unnecessary paying the bills which were sent to me via the credit card of HSBC, finaly even I told the Bank to look into the matter and help me out, but that to with out any success. So FINALY TOLD THE BANK TO BLOCK THE CARD(OLD CARD NO--HSBC NO [protected] BLOCKED ON 28/01/2009 AT 3:50 P.M BY MISS RUPA OF HSBC BANK.) AND SEND ME NEW CARD, LET ME BE HONEST THAT I AM HAPPY WITH HSBC SERVICES FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS, SO I DO NOT WISH TO DISCONTINUE, I WAS HAPPY TO RECEIVE THE NEW CARD. PLEASE NOTE I AM PAYING THE COMPLETE AMOUNT OF RS 7516=04 BY CHEQUE FOR THE LAST TIME ON THE OLD CARD. That site is a ripp-off, once suscribe you can't get out of it and they continue to charge you against your willing...it is absolutely impossible to unsuscribe, witch is illegal!

I have discovered two charges for $39.99, one on 5/18/09 and the other on 5/19/09. I have never even been to this site and by no means have I ever authorized any charges through them. No I have to have my credit union send me a fraud form to fill out, contact the police department to fill out a fraud form, have a police office spend time coming to my house to interview me, and then deal with canceling my debit card, waiting for the replacement, notifying companies that have monthly/yearly access to my account of the change. What a hassle. And for what? I hope they are held accountable for their actions and do jail time for fraud.

I have discovered a $66.73 charge on my Chase bank account, and would like to know who authorized this amount. I have discovered that alot of customers are from Chase Banking, who is having a problem with the situation. I think Chase and this mathc.com has something going no, where they try to charge the customers a curtain amount of money. I have never in my life-time heard or seen anything about match.com. I have taken this situation to the police and my bank so be aware of the situation when things hit the fan. I need my $66.73 dollars back today, this should of never happened to anybody. I have no reason to visit or anybody else that I know, unless you are a customers at Chase Bank and the person at Chase Bank signs you up without an authorization from the customers. I should of been resolved the minute it happened, Chase Bank should of found out that was going on, but wait the Cahse Bank had a lender or whatever with this match.com. I disagree with Chase Bank and how they handle the situation. They need to be more caution about items going through the acount and do more investigations.
I am writing concerninig the continuous deduction of 44.94 charged to my credit card . I have not used
