I joined Wns Pune in Sep 2012, Suncorp Process, our training started in Nov & it was done by Aus clients, all o[censored]s failed in the test so everyone was given a chance for retest excluding me & I asked to sit at home so that I can be redeployed, after 15 days my HR told me that I have to resign and I will get paid for 1 month, my wife was pregnant in her 7th month so I spoke to my manager Jeet Tapasvi and also my TL Farhad Mukhtar about my situation but they said that they cant do anything & I have to resign, after that forcefully I was asked to resign & was said by HR that if I dont do it then I will not be paid so I resigned hwvr after that I got paid for only 8 days, i tried reaching them but there was no help, I managed all expenses of my wifes delivery & now I am in debt, I am looking for a compensation of 2 lakhs rupees so that I can pay my debts and also the stress I & my family have faced, I am very late for filing this complaint but I did it purposely because I have a infant and a wife to take care of, now the situation is stable so I thought of raising this to you''ll, one of my coleagues salary was stopped by this company however he raised a complaint in consumer and he was compensated, hope my issue will be answered & compensated or else I would like to take it further with local news paper and new channels.
