[Resolved]  WNS Global Services, Mumbai — Oppression cum compensation

Please find below some heart & mind crushing complaints against WNS Mumbai,

1) WNS Global Services located at Vikhroli Mumbai, demands from the employees of the company to serve 2 months of notice period otherwise with legalize jargons, forcefully compel the employees to compensate with 2 months of gross salary in order to grab good career opportunities, health issues, Further studies etc....., its ridiculous!

2) WNS neither fulfill the PF formalities nor pay it on schedule/time..its absurd !

3) It does not pay relevant salary to those who get promoted to the next level, on the other hand it pays the new employees more/higher than the loyal old employees, which is so embarrassing bcoz those employees cant avail any credit facility from the market for eg. Loan, credit card etc.. its pathetic!

4) Then if we try to switch another company we hardly get any hike in the salary coz of previous reason..........I am baffled......have I made a biggest blunder of my life after joining such a company?

Please help and save most of the mentally OPPRESSED and ABUSED employees OF WNS.......HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
