[Resolved]  WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd — Cheuqe sent for clearing to PF office is still not cleared

Hi,

I Rahul Suresh Shinde an Ex-Employee of WNS GLOBAL SERVICES PVT LTD has not yet received my PF amount into my account. I have also received the letter from PF office in Feb.2008 stating the cheque number with amount of PF, it will get credited to my bank account within 3 months, but now its more than a Year and myself and my bank are continusouly chasing with PF offices to get my cheque cleared but its still pending. Please can some one guide me how to get my Cheque cleared which is send by my BOM bank for clearing and its still pending in PF office and also any direct contact number which can help to me to get my own harwork PF money.
