[Resolved]  Wockhardt Ltd — Withdrawal of PF

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub : Withdrawl of PF
I was working with Torrent Gujarat Biotech Ltd. Vadodara
( Gujarat ) from 1/8/1996 to 23/09/05. I have applied for PF withdrawl in the month of Feb-08.I have not yet received the amount till date.
Kindly look into the matter and do the same as early as possible.
My PF no. is : GJ/21457/53.
PF form was submitted to Vadodara office.
