This is to inform you that i Vaibhav Mohindru s/o Sh.S.K Mohindru and i reside in TP-133 pitampura,maurya enclave Delhi-1100088.and i would like to file a complaint against a restaurant name as "WOK IN THE CLOUDS" located in j-2/13 rajouri garden new Delhi-27 (Ph #[protected] near BANK OF BARODA branch.I am a regular customer of this restaurant and today 21st of June 2010 i again went to the restaurant with my friend who was Muslim and i ordered a chicken over there and before ordering the chicken,i ask waiter "what kind of chicken you guys use in your kitchen,i always use to ask this question from them n i again asked,that guy said very confidently "SIR HALAL" and after that we eat our food but after eating our food i again asked the manager "Mr.Pandey " what kind of chicken you guys use in you kitchen then the manager said "SIR JHATKA",and when i have asked the manager why your waiter have said that you guys use halal then he simply said that he is a new guy and after he that very casually he said "sir we will take care of that".and i hope you understand that in Muslim religion its against to eat JHATKA chicken.i was not satisfied by his answer and his behavior was not at all acceptable,after that i called a police to do a justice with us but police were taking there side and was not listening to our complaint because might be the owner of the restaurant have bribed them and after that cop was forcing us not to file a complaint against them....i have filed a written complaint in the Rajouri Garden police station but they said we cannot help you,you have to file a complaint in a Consumer Court.so its my humble request to you please do justice with us because being a consumer i can trust only consumer court now who will do justice with us and will make these kind of people understand that not to play with human being and with there religion.
PLEASE HELP US............
