Woodland Shoes — substandard sandals
Jyjyoti bahl on Jan 13, 2011
I had purchased sandals from Woodland showroom in B block inner circleConnaught Place New Delhi on 13th December 2010. I wore them for the first time on 22nd December 2010 for a formal party at night. Next day when i went to wear it again I saw that a small part of the skin of the heel had chipped making it unwearable. I took the sandal to the store on 31st December 2010 and lodged a complaint vide complaint no.CPIII/247 dated 31/12/2010 and they sent it to the company( so the store claims) for expert opinion. After repeated followup i got a response in the negative that nothing could be done. I am appalled that a company of such repute selling high end products doesn't care for its customers. i was not given any written explanation. It is a 4000 rupee sandal .i want it to be replaced.
