Benprise.ning.com banned me for posting this information on their web site i think they are also frauds or helping frauds. indiabooms , new fraud from kolkata naming Mastermind technologies , Hi all, INDIABOOMS IS FRAUDS:- INDIABOOMS is much similar to "Chit n Fund" company which promises to double your money every month. Their main aim is collect the sign up amount/ upfront from the different people n give huge promises of good return to them against their money ( which were shown in their agreement also). But their promises never come up to the mark. Mr SUBRANIL BANERJEE is the master mind of this whole big FRAUD EMPIRE n the people like Mr KAJAL GOSWAMI (Director) are helping him out. Approx. 25 to 30 centers are running by Indiabooms till now in which i have contacted to nearly 20 centers, all of them are equally suffering with the same payment problem. No one is getting their payment at all. When anyone goes Kolkata to meet Mr Banerjee then he will give the cheque which will never be cashed. There are many centers who’s cheques were bounced more then once. While in calculating your billing they deduct all your money in name of QC (Quality Check), which is also done in a fraud way. U all WERE AMAZED TO KNOW THAT MR SHUBRANIL BANERJEE COMES AT 22ND NO ON BPO FRAUD LIST OF INDIA . NEW DELHI: A 19-year-old blogger's case could forever change the ground rules of blogging.
Bloggers may no longer express their uninhibited views on everything under the sun, for the Supreme Court said they may face liable and even prosecution for the blog content.
It will no longer be safe to start a blog and invite others to register their raunchy,
caustic and even abusive comments on an issue while seeking protection
behind the disclaimer views expressed on the blog are that of the writers.
This chilling warning emerged as a Bench comprising Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan
and Justice P Sathasivam refused to protect a 19-year-old Kerala boy,
who had started a community on Orkut against Shiv Sena, from protection against summons
received from a Maharashtra court on a criminal case filed against him.
Petitioner Ajith D had started a community on Orkut against Shiv Sena.
In this community, there were several posts and discussions by anonymous persons
who alleged that Shiv Sena was trying to divide the country on region and caste basis.
Reacting to these posts, the Shiv Sena youth wing's state secretary registered a criminal
complaint at Thane police station in August 2008 based on which FIR was registered
against Ajith under Sections 506 and 295A pertaining to hurting public sentiment.
After getting anticipatory bail from Kerala HC, Ajith moved the Supreme Court through
counsel Jogy Scaria seeking quashing of the criminal complaint on the ground
that the blog contents were restricted to communication within the community and
did not have defamation value. He also pleaded that there was threat to his life
if he appeared in a Maharashtra court.
A computer science student, Ajith pleaded that the comments made on the blog
were mere exercise of their fundamental right to freedom of expression and speech
and could not be treated as an offence by police.
Unimpressed, the Bench said, "We cannot quash criminal proceedings.
You are a computer student and you know how many people access internet portals.
Hence, if someone files a criminal action on the basis of the content,

I have not done any posting or anything against the terms and condition of the site and when asked they dont have a proper answer . They say they have received a notification from NING saying I am spamming from there site . When asked what did I spam from there site they dont have an answer and are asking me to find out from NING . They know to deactivate my account without knowing the reason I am really dispointed the way they are treating the members of the forum.

Those who post slanderous comments about me are breaking the US Law, and sites like this who post unsubstantiated claims are guilty of Libel. We will continue to ban spammers and scammers from our site, and we do not care if the law breakers who we ban post illegal posts such as the above. They are situated in 23/54 Gariahat Road, Kolkata just besides south city college, heard that they have even defaulted on their rent for many months...most probably they planning to shift again if not arrested soon...
