Www. — Cancel ticket amount is not refund.

I had booked a flight ticket by, flight details are Go Air, 10th Sep 6:00 am from New Delhi to Mumbai.

Email Id: [protected], Passenger Name: Ahsan Mumtaz

But the flight was canceled, so I canceled the same ticket through the website on 9th Sep.

But the amount is still not refund to my account. Around 25 days has been passed.

Whenever I called to the customer care of, he/she assured me that your amount will be credited in next 72 hours. I was listing the same response for last 15 days, but nothing is done.

I am completly frustrated by their response, it wasted my time as well as the money is still not credited to my account.

Please do sumting in this regard.

Comments — Charging Money without booking tickets and a non-responsive customer care

I was booking tickets from the site for a journey from hyderabad to delhi and the other way round. After the successful payment I got a message written agaisnt the PNR No. that "Booking Could not be done". So I ended up paying Rs 8100 without even a single ticket getting booked. I called up the customer care a number of times but on every occasion I was put on hold till the time I get frustated and disconect the line(this duration has been more than 20 minutes at sometimes). I really wonder if they have anyone working at there call center or its just an IVRS. Also I have send them a numerous number of emails but thier dormancy continues. Moreover they had the temerity to submit the bills to ICICI for a transaction which they failed.

Ezeego is really a fraud site. I had booked round ticket from ezeego for jetlite for my friend "Saswat Mishra" from my icicibank card. The flight got cancelled for both the journey hence I cancelled the ticket by calling jetlite customer care.They said they have refunded the money to ezeego account. Then according to ezeego cancellation procedure, I filled the online form on ezeego site for the cancellation and refund. It says that the money will be refunded in 1 week of time. But now its been more than 1 month, I have not got my money back for 1 side of the journey and moreover I tried calling their customer care. Most of the time they dont pick up phone. I had two conversations with the ezeego people, they have no idea as of why the money has not been refunded. They always say that it will take 7 more that its been 1 month. But they have no answer for that. Sending mails to ezeego is of no use. They had replied for that telling they had refunded one side journey ticket. Moreover, they have their office only in mumbai. So, you even cannot go to meet them also. So, all in all, I SUGGEST ALL THE PEOPLE NOT TO USE EZEEGO SITE AT ALL!!!
Full refund against the booking failure has been processed to the card holder's account.
