Dear sir, I have purchased a product name radio controlled helicopter from homeshoping 18 .com my transaction ID was[protected] dated 21/11/08 through my Citibank credit card when I received the product it was damaged and was not actual as show in there website then I called up there customer care executive and defined my problem regarding the product he told your product will be picked from your residence and it will returned to the concern merchant your money will be refunded in your credit card account & he provided me a service case no 747644 dated 26/11/08 but after continues follow-up No body came to collect the product then I have to courier it by myself after dispatching the product I asked for the refund of my money but they continues keep me telling that your money will be refunded but money was not refunded and I had to pay my credit card bill in which this product was also included See how fool I was the product which is been returned back I was been made to pay for that, now even I did’t remember how much times I called them for my money only assurance is given i was shocked when there senior executive named Mr Alok told me that your product can’t be retuned it could be replaced whereas for last one month they keep on telling me your money will be refunded this is my humble request I don’t care for my money but thing is that tv homeshopping 18 network should be severely punished & panelized so that in future they will be careful and they could not cheat any consumer I don’t want any other consumer feel badly harass like me so kindly give me justice Regards, Sudip Kumar Das 13 b shivpuri part 2 deenpur Najafgarh New Delhi 110043 Ph no [protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Home Shop18 / Amkette Kwik Usb Optical Mouse — Defective Mouse
Defective mouse supplied by above Home Shop18 Invoice No:4600 and Order No : 37189793 dated 16/10/11at the cost of Rs. 175 through Postal Parcel. After that I have intimated then so many times (regularly) about non functioning of above mouse and Case No : 67774677. But no response either replace or refund the money was received from them so far.

I was buy a head phone of beetel of 445 rs. but when the parcel was delivered then i checked with my laptop & head phone was not working properly, there one side sound is not listening. then i called up many time to helpline no, all the staff was told me that we will call to you with in 24 hour but i haven't received call from any budy till the time, i m very disappointed that home shop 18 service is very bad,
i buy many product from Yebhi & Myntra and there service is very good and i m very comfortable with them. i think i was made a mistake to buy a product from home shop18 because of their service is too bad so that i need my money back & need to send this product back to you

both the ocassions amount was deducted from my account yet the order
was not cleared. I contact customer care executive of HS18 & it was
informed to me that the order was decline due to non reciept of
payment. Now I have attached scan copy of my bank statement & order
copies. the transaction was done through netbanking.
The same product i have now purchased from HS18 on cash on delivery
basis. In view of above you are requested to cancel the above referred
orders & arrange to credit the amount back to my account. (The amount
has not credited back till date.)

sir i buy the product cannon camera 16mp through hdfc credit card with 3 emi option but i have no received the product the date of commettment with tele caller after waiting the product i call few days later customer care they told me that mam we have no stock of cannon camera, so we refund your money your a/c but i have no received the refund through the home shop 18 my banker is told me your refund is no came in your a/c & that i called again customer care home shop 18 they again told me we refund your mony in your a/c but again i asked the banker my money is refund the a/c the banker told me again we have not received your fund through hs 18 sir tell me what i do. ? plz. refund my money or my product, thanks
