We have received statements till May 2007 Please let me know the Statement from June 2007 to November 2007.

I have opened demat a/c with Sharekhan ltd.
I have applied for saving a/c (facility provided by you to sharekhan demat a/c holders) in your bank through Mr. Satya Prakash on 1st nov 2007.
I have already given the required documents to him alongwith the a/c payee Rs10000 cheque of OBC bank. But till today i havn't got any response.
I have also tried his mobile nos. [protected] and [protected] but they are out of coverage area.
I kindly requests you to please enquire about him and solve my problem as soon as possible.
My sharekhan customer id is 441476.

which is not clear to me.

I want surrender of my I.C.I.C.IC. credit card . due to unwanted penalties and intereste impose on billing amount but not send to any bill to me .

ICICI Credit Card charges — late payment fee

Dear Sir,

I had issued cheque bearing no 275187(SBI Dooravani Nagar, Bangalore) date 6-5-08 for Rs.700 infavour of my credit card a/c no:[protected] to ICICI bank and tha amount is collected by them and is certified by SBI manager and it has been debited in my account bearing no:[protected].Inspite of collecing money ICICI bank has levied late payment fee and other charges.I have already sent scanned copy of SBI certificate and my bank statement by email as per ICICI bank's request.But the keeps on writing they have not received email attathments.When I try to contact on their cuustomer service helpline only IVRS operates. No operator or agents comes on line.It is very difficult contact any human being through their customer care line. Pl help

I have credit card No.[protected] (Master Card). I did not receive statement during the month of June, 2008, even I no SMS alert regarding any pending payment was received by me. However, in the statement dated July 18, 2008, received by me, previous balance of Rs.1065.18 has been shown and late payment fee of Rs.400/- has been imposed. It is submitted that there is no fault on my part, I have been regular in making payment. Therefore, it is requested that late payment fee of Rs.400/- including service tax on it may kindly be exempted/waived off.
I had called your executive on 30th July 2008 at about 15:15hrs.
I requested your bank executive for reversal of Rs.100 charged for payment made by cash at your branch towards of credit payment for the month of June 2008. Your executive informed that the charges cannot be reversed by any means even after discussion. So i felt very much for the above levied charges. Even though we have made the payment through hard cash, why can't bank make the adjustments internally. why is the bank penalizing the customers & further asking the customers to pay through other modes like cheque/DD etc.,
Hence I request the bank not to charge any penalty for its customers even though the payments are made on time.
Also when I called up the number 41131877, I had to wait about 20min to reach your executive to discuss the above matter.
So if the above penalties are not reversed I may have to think about surrendering my credit card.
A line of reply in the above matter is highly solicited

Referance: Yous bill dateted 22nd July 2008 . We have made the full payment of ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd Rs. 14, 713.00 on 14th July 2008. So, we dont have any balnce with us. Though it is so u r sending EMI bill with intrest.Which is not applicable to me from 14th July 2008.

Plz consider the matter seriously and do the needful. and stop sending me EMI bills of ICICI Lombard GIC.

21.08.2008 i spoke over the cell phone at 6.30 p.m to your customer care person i paid my balance R.s. 601-00 as he told recipt no.6382584. agency name ACE dt more balance in my a/c now.And I no need to use your bank credit card so cancel my card and close credit card a/c. and send no balance certificate.And i will return (brokened) my credit card in your tirupur branch soon.

I have given cheque of Rs.160287/- for foreclosure of myu loan amount on 5-9-2008.My cheque is already clear but still i have not received my un utlised post dated cheques not N.O.C.till to day.To day is 15th Sept.2008 Pl send it immediately as I have to go out of India.
i am fed up allready and you further trying to make worst now. The way the senior management handles my simple case is horrible and desrves bad mouthing..

Also the news appearing in the daily newspapers about the frauds happening in your own bank is again disappointed/worried me and now i have to think in different way.

Can you please refer the sent mails to me. Can you please realize what was my request and have you checked whether you are following my instructions?

Dispite my repeated requests/complaints for monthly staetments from jan-08 to till date is only about the advertisements of your bank?The downloadable document is only about the TDS details Is this i wanted? I have told very clearly to the so called "customer care officers" about the email document what i have received. Also i have asked what is the procedure of knowing/seeing the documents.for that he has agreed and accepted.

Today morning also, i have receved call from an executive.All the calls /mails received by me is from so called "customer care" executive is for a show.But in reality, i find something fishy and the management wants to hide something.

I will be visiting the nearest ICICI bank branch in Bank with my leagal advisor in next 48 hrs or at the earliest.I will be taking action leagally for delaying the statements and find the flaws or any frauds/errors and for this also i will be taking necessary actions.

I will also take the statements of sb accounts and credit cards on purchases (printed) at the nearest branch and find the reasons for the delay.

Let me take the appropriate actions against the ICICI Bank.

I have received my statement of August 08 on17th AUG. there is a late payment fees of Rs400/-is included .Iam sorry to say that last month on 19th Aug my mother was expired so this reasons was for delay of my due payment. So please deduct late payment fee from my credit card a/c .

In my September statement credit card statement you have debited my account by Rs500/- as overlimit fee.Please note that I make regular payments for my all ICICI bank credit card(Gold, Titanium etc)since last 5 years.
Considering the above fact it is to request you to kindly waive off the said amt and credit my account by Rs. 500/-.

I had a Saving Bank Account No.[protected] in your Branch. On my request of 13th September, 2008 this account was closed. I was told by the concerned Executive in your Branch that the pay order for the deposited amount i.e. around Rs. 43, 000/- and interest thereon will be issued by the Head Office at Mumbai within a week time from the date of the closing of the account. Since then, I have visited your Branch on number of times, but no payment / pay order or any satisfactory reply has given to me so far. I have further collected information and came to know that an pay order has been despatched (No. 43707 dated 25.09.2008) by BSA Courrier and further inquiry I came to know that my packet (POD No.C37417) has been returned to the Customer Care Centre with the remark that the address given on that does not exist. I further came to know that the address given 6 / 59 A, Janta Colony, Shivaji Vihar, New Delhi - 110027 whereas my account and residential address is P - 39/A, Janta Colony, Shivaji Vihar, New Delhi - 110027. This is a sort of harassment being meted out. I hereby make again a request to you, please look into the matter personally for making payment of my principal amount and interest thereon at the correct address

I Have a Credit card No [protected] i am using this card for last two years. inspite of timely payments by cheque your bank is imposing late payment charges and diff. type of service tax.on sep.o8 i received a statement which told me to pay Rs 1601.67. I made the payment Rs 1700 by Cheque no 798269 Dt 5.10.08 but in this month statement i was asked to pay Rs 2432.57. according to the statement my cheque was returned. for what reason God knows . because ur bank has not informed me the reason. this is happening second time with me .when this happened first time with me I tried to enquire the reason from your bank but it failed.I even tried to contact on telephone but there was no responce .At last i paid all penalties . But this time I am not going to pay even a single penny as penalty.I know i have enough money in my bank . and my cheque can't be returned for this pretext. As long as i was paying the amt. in cash there was no problem but as the bank has started imposing 100 Rs for cash payment we will have to pay by cheque. as i told u when i have enough money in my bank why should i pay a fine of rs 832 against a payment of rs 1602 . so if the penalties are not reversed i may have to think about either stop using my card or surrendering it.
