AGENCY NOT SUPPLYING GAS CYLINDER

I am a consumer of LPG cylinder. I am registered with Shanti Indane, Palam, New Delhi. mY CONSUMER nO. 19103. I booked a gas cylinder on 8.3.2011 but till 21st March this is not delivered to me. My phone no. is [protected].

I am a Saroj Gas Enterprises customer i booked the cylinder on 19/03/11 but after a week has passed there is no response. My Consumer no T5034 malti davi. Absolutely, a big company like IOC cannot manage to update or their prestigious website working is very shameful spl. in todays digital world. even we tried to do booking on website as most of the time dealers/ disti's phone nos. are busy. I wd appreciate if the site director of this very site complan this to IOC.

I wish to draw your kind attention, my indane gas service provider "DIKSHIT GAS SEVA" never attend telephone regarding booking of gas service & he is also not register with online booking service .right now i am repetetly trying to connect them but after two or thrice ring they are showing number on busy mode this practice is continous happning from last 20 times.

Pls helpppppppppppppppppp.

with due regard i want to state that i am a customer and my consumer no. is 2794 and i am trying to to book the cylinder for last ten days but the phone lines are going busy, and in case the phone is ringing they dont pick the phone due to which we are facing a lot of problem. You are requested to take a prompt action in this regard.

I am not in position to book GAS on Phone so that dealer phones ( All) are also not picking since 10.30 a.m to 13.50 P.M) MEANS CLEAR HARRASMENT OF CONSUMER?

same, why Indial oil company not talking any concrit step. as i'am trying Santosh Enterprises from 30 minutes, all two phone no's are busy and the IVR system is not identidying the gas distributer telephone no:28540945. Please advise and let us know how to get the booking of Indane Gal by either Online or by IVR or my phone...please help

Avantika Enterprises/Gas cylinder — Leakage Gas cylinder

consumer no. 14736, Indian Oil Corpn. Ltd, Recd. Gas refile on 07.08.2011, which is leaking. Informed to agency and after several reminders there is no any action has been taken so far.

Dear Sir,
I have booked for refill Cooking Gas Cylinder through Automated Refill system vide booking Reference No.1857885 dated 29th August, 2011. On checking the status today i.e. 5.9.11, I am shoked to hear that the cylinder has been delivered on 1st September, 2011. How is it possible to give such an answer when the cylinder has not been delivered at all. I would like to register a complaint through this colum with the request to deliver the gas cylinder immediately with further delay.

I was booked on cylinder on 12, 18, 19-aug on interval basis through message I got booking no. [protected], but it's been not delivered . Then I went to Nair Gas Agency it's located in vikas puri .There are bunch of fools sitting in nair gas service aganecy. They told me that we have your booking, and we will delivered your gas at your home, since 1 month, i haven't got my booked cylinder. so unfortunate that we have Indian oil services & his gas agency Nair having a Pathetic services really, No one taking any keen interest about customer need & requirement.kindly guide & do the needful
