m/s ashu gas service — non-picking of telephone
The phone numbers installed at the booking office to book a cylinder are always keep on ringing despite the fact that there are two phone numbers. The girls sitting on the booking counter are always busy with their mobile phones and are not interest to lift the phone ringing. The fact can be verified only by visiting the gas agency as well as by giving them telephone rings. The old people are being harassed daily as they have to go personally to book a gas connect for refilling. The behaviour of the counter girls are also too rude.waiting for effective action

I had booked a connection through online booking no. (1260) on dt. 31/01/08 and my booking no. is 26 but today on dt. 02/02/08 when I go to parul gas service then she told me, she has no record our booking.

I Manoj Singh tried a lot on Telephone to REFILL our cylinder but
usually no body picks the phone and one day they picked the phone and I booked our cylinder. They said, they will send the cylinder within TEN DAYS but nobody has come. Now, when we again called them , they said you haven't booked any cylinder and after much argue they said, they will send the cylinder within FOUR DAYS.
BUT TILL NOW NO RESPONSE
IT HAPPEN ABOVE 1 MONTH.
When we consult to deliver man they said we have more cylinder
BUT ONLY FOR BLACK. WOULD YOU WANT????
We urgently need the cylinder, please Do something and find its

I am a VEERJYOTI GASS SERVICE customer I want to complaint of the delivery man by telephone and by email on his web site (www.ioclebiz.com) who are not working. Gas delivery man give me a gas slender in 07-02-08, my father received the gas and give the payment after check the weight of the gas slender. Weight is proper but I come and check the slender, I got lot of water in slender. I try to complaint by phone and by email but no success. Please help me of this BHASTATURE

I'm a consumer of Indane gas cust No. 3444 its agency is VANDANA ENTERPRISES A-46 Ring Road Market, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.

I am a customer of Bhagirathi Gas Service, D-3, Nehru Vihar, karawal Nagar, Delhi-94. Ph.: 22193311, 22173311.
My problem is that when i goes to gas booking office to book sylindar, they book but on further 4 or 5 days date( suppose when i go to office on 5/3/2008 they book my order simply on register and after a few days(4 or 5 days) they book my order on computer. After 1 week when i goes to office they tell me that you have order for booking on 10/3/2008, so you have to wait for at least one week. After about 15 days i could be able to receive a cylindar.
so all these procedure is very time consuming. I had also try online booking via site (www.ioclebiz.com) but its not opening. So i think customer should have provided any better solution for gas booking and that service should be working.
Kindly i am beging your help.

I have a connection with Gulabi Bagh Gas Service and my no. is 9890. I have receied a filled cylinder with safety valve missing from this, now i am trying to contact them, but nobody bother to pick the phone up. the cylinder is leaking badly i also contacted Gujrat gas service and they said" it is not our agency, can not do anything"
this is highly unsafe.. the smell of gas is all over in my home, but nobody bothering. should i throw this cylinder out of my home, myself
