Sir/madam It is stated very humbly that I am an indane gas consumer/customer of ESBEE ENTERPRISES, shop No 1, Pocket-B sheikh Sarai Phase-1 New Delhi-17( cust No 08491) I am being harrassed by the agency for quite last one year.In the beginning they refused to book the gas on the pretext that they cannot deliver the gas on my address (i.e. 209AHauz Rani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17) .When asked the reason, there was no reason. When we insisted, they simply said, "You better get your No transferred to somewhere else."Actually we had complained of the cylinder containing water and that the cylinder lasts only for 18-20 days.And we received the response'' The water is from the company itself."When we warned them of the comp laint, thet plainly said, "Do whatever you can"Thereafter they started to harass us.The cylinder is not booked even after repeated requests.Then I started to get the gas booked on 1260.Even then we are not getting the gas timely.We have to manage the same from friend circle or neighbourhood.In the month of November09 my father was on the death bed and we faced the problem of non availability of gas.Recently I got the gas booked on 1260 on February 18, 2009;but the gas has not so far been sent.After waiting for many days when I ranged them on 07/03/09, and I told them that I have booked the gas on 1260 on Feb18, they said, "Their server is always down and we have not received any booking from 1260." When I asked for the booking No, they refused to give and said that the gas will be sent after five days.We are helpless. MY KIDS ARE APPEARING IN THE BOARD EXAMS.We have to take food from dhabas which is not suiting the kids and the family as my wife is a patient of R-Arthritis and pancryatitis and my daughter is suffering from NCC. Under such circumstances we cannot afford the food from the market.Iam sure you will help us.Thank you.

When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

i would like to bring ur kind attention towards negligence of customer service of M/s Gayatri gas service, main wazirabad road bhanjanpura, my customer code is(33857) they do never pick the phone call i continously tried it to 2 hrs but no response, So i have to leave my work and come personally for taking number it really make me worried. they say that we take no.for new gas delivery only after 25 days, and most oftenly gas cylinder with leakage, not only me but many customers have the same problem. i would request u to do something against the above said dealer.to make customer delighted.

Their site does not work and they do not like to tire themselves with picking up the phone. the nearest office of Indane Gas is 2 kms away from my place(BEDI INDANE, B 43 KARTAR NAGAR, MAIN 3 1/2 PUSTA, DELHI 53). i work from 9am -7pm therefore my wife has to go all the way to their office to request for cylinder and on requesting them to pick their phones we get to listen to abuses, i have tried complaining to a lot of people and even wrote many letters and emails but there have been no result.

I face a lot of problem regarding borken seal, low weight.Your dealer are very rude.They do not know how to talk.on every delivery of cylinder, have same problem of low weight.I am getting frustrated do not know what to do.
It is a request to higher authorities to look into it as soon as possible.

I have book my gas on 13/08/2009 and cyl.delivery on 17/08/2009.When they dilivered cyl.that cyl.weight is 26 kg.delivery man said he would delivered cyl.tomorrow.but did not came.I informed in my distributer in five times & they said he delivered cyl.next day.
But till not 31/08/2009 he don't delivered the cyl.I need it.
I request you to please look this complant.
