the website shows me that it running a online contest and ask to invest the money after 11 hours that they will select a winner from a lucky draw and for others who lost it will get refund of 100% but not received and I tried to call their customer care but not even picking the call i waited for more than 15min in a call hold please help me

yes 100bestbuy.com and seventymm.com is cheating people, with their poor quality products. They are doing lot of online advertising to cheat people.

When we ask them about the fraud they tell us to read Terms and conditions.
I had ordered 'Express Polo Red T-Shirt with Yellow lion logo'(attached image) but I have received 'Express Polo Yellow T-Shirt with Blue lion logo' . The second thing is that the package was tampered when it had reached to my place. The delivery person didn't discuss anything about it. Neither the contact number work(no one picks up the phone).

I am still awaiting their reply.

I made an order on 17/11/2012 but didn't received the product yet after more then 1.5 months..
Product is : Omron HEM 7203 Upper Arm Bp Monitor
I made a call on their customer support number and they told me that product is not available.. and advice me to select some other product..
I told them that i already search your whole site and i din't need any other product..And kindly refund my amount..
They give me an other e-mail ID ([protected]@suksh.com) and told me to send my concern to this person as he/she is dealing in refund's only..
I send the mail almost 3 times to this e-mail ID but didn't get any response.. I again interact with them through e-mail as you feel very lucky if anybody make response on phone.. they answer 1 out of 10 calls and other nine you have to disconnect after a long wait..
So, I again interact with them through e-mails and they told me that they will refund the amount in 3-5 working days.. But when i again contact them after 5 working days.. They stop replying my e-mails.. I made a call today and they disconnect the phone.. when i talk to them about this whole process..

I am contacting on [protected]@100bestbuy since[protected].. and send almost 30-40 e-mails regarding my issue.. Mostly, i get reply like this :

And Regarding Phones, As i told you earliear, they answer 1 out of 10 calls and other nine you have to disconnect after a long wait.. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT !!

Today i make a call at 100bestbuy customer care no. [protected] and still get the same answer : that my refund is in process..
It is in process from the past 1.5 month..
Can you explain exactly how much time do you need to refund the amount.. As you told me on Jan 17, 2013 that it will process in next 15 days...
I have placed the order in the month of November, neither i received the product(as it was not available at your site), nor receive the refund..
It.s almost 3 months time and i already made so many calls at 100 best buy, waited for long time to get connect.. send 100 of mails at [protected]@100bestbuy
and the result is SAME : MY REFUND IS IN PROCESS...
