I get a sherwani from bharatplaza and fitting of this sherwai is excellent. this is really great experience.

I agree. I was also robbed by bharatplaza.com. They are a scam and unethical. They took my money and gave me a product that looked nothing like what I ordered. They would also make up excuses saying, "Sorry but it is within allowable limits we cannot accept or provide a refund."

I totally disagree with your comment. I am regular customer of

bharatplaza. For my wedding i buy 10 sarees and 1 wedding

combo. The fabric and embroidery of all the sarees and

combo is perfect. The product is same as they look on

website and the measurement is exactly what i gave them i

am totally satisfied with there products and service. Me and

my husband is so happy, they make my wedding more special

by their wedding combo.

Totally agree with the first post. I had similar experience. My blouse came 4 inches larger and they said it's their 'margin' and tries to tell me it is to make it 'comfortable' to wear. I can't understand how it can be comfortable if I can't even wear it.

I understand errors do happen, but my biggest frustration is that they are not willing to admit it, nor rectify it. I also have a style issue as well that they didn't admit to.

I also agree to taking the money and nothing else, because I tried to get them to refund the blouse stitching cost, they said I'll have to return it (at my own cost), which is stupid, because the postage itself will cost me more than the blouse itself.

Saree itself is fine, just bad service all around!

I think Bharat Plaza are a waste of time, as I ordered a mans breeche coat outfit with matching stole and mojaris for my brothers wedding which is in August 2012. I put my order through early June giving them plenty of notice as they advertise i will have it it 25 days. So put the order through and they took my measurement and was very quick to take my payment and waited to hear from.

Didn't hear anything until i contacted them 4 weeks after and they turned around and said it will be ready my the 17th July then a day later they advise me they can't do it so that put me in a limbo cause i needed an out for my brothers wedding.

They begged me not ask for a refund or not to make a complaint, but to choose a another outfit and they were making out they are providing me a good service??!! (thats what they call it now adays)

I looked at other suits and they were not as nice for the budget i was willing to spend and they only offered me 500 INR discount which nothing compare to the problems they caused me.

And guess what?? Am still waiting for a refund, if i seen them face to face i would slap them the head. They absolutely pissed me and cause me so much grieve.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone and hope they go bankrupt!!!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!! Stay away from these crooks! I just spend over $700 in July 2012 with them was completely ripped off!! They screwed up my order, from sending wrong sizes to delaying shipment! And not a single effort to correct my order. They don't respond to emails and when I call, they just simply hangup and keep telling me call back after they have more information!! WTF?

They are a total disgrace, completely unprofessional people just out to get your money! Stay away! CROOKS!! Plain and simple!

Anyone one who thinks bharatplaza.com is reputable works for the company. Their comments section is edited and all negative complaints are edited out. You will not find one unhappy customer. I have tried to post my experience on their comment section and it was never uploaded.n I am sure sangeetavyas works for bharatplaza. This site is a FRAUD 100%. You also cannot unsubscribe from their emails. Try it...you will see...try to post something negative...good luck consumers...this company preys on foreigners...NRIs...erc...

I toatally agree guys..this site is froud i also oRdeRed a saree from this site & i got aldred used sare.Saree border was stiched alreddy & blose piece was separated from the saree alreddy & i got a unmatched blouse piece with the saree.

There is a another site. Please beware of rajrang.com. They never send the wall hangings i ordered online. They eat your money will never send anything.

Does anyone know a REAL reputable website to order from? I'm in Western Canada and can not find a local or even near by store to purchase a Lehenga from for my wedding. I have until May of 2013 to find one but it is already causing me stress because every time I find one I like... the reviews on the websites are all saying FRAUDS. www.bharatplaza.com and www.utsavfashion.com both had stunning Lehengas on them and now I'm scared to order based on reviews. Can anyone help? Is there a safe site anywhere with reasonable prices?

Totally agree, they are rip off, we ordered a saree 2-3 months ago, never received it, finally after a lot of argument, they mentioned, its out of stock and asked us to pick another one. We picked a different one, and the quality of the saree is terrible. Doesn't look at all like advertised. So cheap and low grade quality. Think twice before ordering here

I only have one thing to say, this is why India is not even close to China or any other county. The customer service stinks, the product are not what you pay for. I don't understand how you can do online business, they are so unethical & fraud, that's why India is where it should be, not much progress in 65 years.

i had the best experience with BP...my lehenga was MORE beautiful then the picture...and the service was just great... i love them and will shop again...

Service at Bharat plaza is very very bad.Big Scam . Do Not Trust them.

I ordered online in September 2013, 2 top and 1 legging . They charged me R1300.00 . They deducted the money immediately of my credit card.
When the goods arrive in SA, i received a call by the delivery company saying that i needed to pay an addittional R600.00 .
i refused to pay another cent as the cost already was alot of money.I received a call from Bharat Plaza convincing me to take the goods, which i refused . The gentleman aggreed the i would get a refund .The delivery company then returned the goods and gave me confirmation .
This happened on the 13 November 2013. To date after numerous mails, i did not receive my money .
i always buy online and Bharat Plaza is the first company to do this.

I will never reccomend Bharat Plaza to anyone.

I don't know why they all are putting this kind of comments for bharat plaza.I personally shopped from bharat plaza 6 times and never felt that they a have sent something else or the product quality is best.Bp is know for giving best quality products and service as of i believe receiving there products, My friend also purchased from there but never told something about any problem with the product or service.

5 stars for this outfir which i received from bharat plaza...
