Yesterday I did online mobile recharge from freerecharge.in for Rs. 809. Once i tired to recharge my mobile its showing unsuccessful transaction and page was blank. Then again I tired and got the same message. After 1 and half hour i got message twice from freerechage that my mobile has been recharged 2 times. I tried to contact freerecharge customer support by filling the support form but I did not get any call from them. I tried to contact my bank as well and they are saying I have to contact freerecharge for this.
Could you please help me out on this as I have paid 2 times for 1 facility and really worried about my money.
