sir,
above two card issued by the bank in the name of pradeep kumar sethi. i allways use petro card to fill petrol in my car and when the bill comes i pay the amount which i use but these six months the bill
amount show late fee, interest, previous balance which i cant understand. i allways pay the bill payment
not minimum nor part payment .the cheques issue by me but not present in my bank or any reason not
collecting from drop box or any reason that is not my fault.all of those i pay actual use payment not any
penelty or intrest please send the statementand send exicutive to settel the bill thanks.
sir, I am holding creditcard from 2005 onwards and payment was delayed for one month due to admission of my daughter in engineering since i informed to phonebanking officer regarding the delay they havenot considered the request and treat the customer badly through collecting agent hence, I am not interested to continue the service, please close my credit card no 5176 xxxx xxxx 7007, I will settle my dues immediately on receiving the letter. please reply early. thanking you. m.vimalan
This is really a shame for you people at the time of giving a card you people run after us & now when we need some help you people dont even speak to us properlythis is really very shame full thing. i want to change my address & also renew my credit card for this i have been trying from last 2 months to updatew my address.which is (hari kirpa, atal panwar, c/o Dr Vinod kumar sharma, 112 vishnu garden, kankhal, Haridwar.249408.

sir, my card no [protected] amount due 516/- due date was aug 2, 2009 .I deposited chq no 826502 dt july 24, 2009 drawee bank indian bank, nerul as on 24/07/2009 morning 9.15 am at your nerul branch.till today Ihave not used cr card.today i received your reminder stating dues of rs. 969.42
I verified my saving a/c and surprised that my cheque is not being presented and your bank has charged me late fee and intrest which is not justible.please see my credit card record I never dalayed
any bill so far and i kept credit balance in credit card a/c so many times.today i deposited cash rs.1200/- at seawood branch.I am requesting you to look in to matter seriously and recredit the penal charges .otherwise i have no option to closing credit card .being i am nationalised bank staff, I am using your cr card, because of your bank better service.awaiting your possitive reply.

i have deposited rs 12000 on 18/6/09 against my bill dated 09-07-09 . I want to know the following details:-
1.after depositing the rs12000/- no due was left on me, then why closing balance rs4038.87 shows on my bill.
2.i have paid almost all the billsin time then why hefty interest has been charged on me. kindly revoke all the interest.
3 why auto debit return fees has been charged, when i have paid all the bills through cheques.

Sub:-Request for reversal of late payment fees/interest charges/outstation cheques payment charges -Credit card No [protected]
I was on continuous tour from Mid June 09 to End September.However I was remitting the payment towards my card on due dates.The payment details are given below
1)For June 09 -Rs 991 vide cheque no 269660 dt 27/6/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Bangalore branch.
2) For July 09 -Rs 5778.83 vide cheque no758289 dt 27/7/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Bangalore branch.
3) For August 09 -Rs 1921.39 vide cheque no 269659 dt 29/8/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Tellicherry branch(Kerala).
From the above, u can see that eventhough I was on continuous move, I was depositing the cheques for the amount due before the due dates eventhough I did'nt get my statements.However it is regretted to note that u had charged RS 400 /as late payment fees and Rs 405.16 as interest charges in the bill of 12 th August 09 and Rs 100 as outstation cheque payment charges in the bill dt 12 th Sep 09.The question of charging late fees/interest charges/outstation cheque charges does'nt arise as I had deposited the cheques before the due dates.Hence it is requested to reverse the the total amount of Rs 400+405.16+100 in yr next statement due on 12 Oct 09.Considering our long standing relationship, I hope u will do the needful.

Dear sir,
I made Aug payment on I st sept and it was confirmed from the statement that you have received cheque on 3rd, On 18 th i received SMS alert mentioning i need to pay outstanding amount of 27650/-.
recovry person called me on the 20th of SEPT & asked me for cash payment.but he could not able to explain what is the problem in cheque which i had sumitted, Finally with lot of effort and calls i came to know from phone banking officer, that cheque is not accepted due to misamatch,
But surprisingely till 18th no infrmation or alert from ICICI bank.otherwise i would have made immediate payment. After cofirmation from phone banking officer immediately i have made cah payment from ICICI savings a/c,
Considering my long relation ship with the ICICI bank and card uasge i request to waive 100 % intrest charges levied on me.
I hope my request will be considered, so that our long relation will continue for long

Sub: Clarification of my Total Due Amount

Dear Sir
I have a Big Bzar Credit Card No. [protected].After getting this card I got a offer for Lombard Health Insurance.I use to pay the amount regurarly. I never received a single statement.I used to receive the due through SMS only. So many times I complain to customercare. But no positive response from customercare.Suddenly I find that you have charged late fee & other taxes. I asked for verification, but no response.This card I was used for only Lombard Insurance purposes, not any other puposes.After so many complaints & due to poor response I got very sorry and lastly I was cancelled the Lombard Insurance by telephonically.I never used this card for any other businees.

Sorry to say that, I found from e-statament that my due is Rs.17, 725.25.Request please send the detailed amount due statement/ actual amount due for me, so I want to settle the issue as soon as possible and request for cancel my credit card.

Plaese consider the matter seriously and do the needful . I am waiting for your reply.

I Debasis Mahapatra have a Big Bazar Credit card No [protected] from Feb 08 & I used to for payments this card only for ICICI Lombard Health Insurance. Inspite of timely payments by cheque your bank is imposing late payment charges and diff. type of service tax. So many times I informed to custom care regarding this issue but no positive response. After so many requests finally I request for cancellation my Lombard Health Insurance. I never received a single statement, I used to get message by mobile & I used to pay by cheques in time. I have given my E-mail ID also but no response. Now I come to from E-statement that my dues are Rs 17, 000.00(appx). I tried to enquire the reason from your bank but it failed. I even tried to contact on telephone but there was no response. Now I want to settled / close the issue. So please inform the actual amount due on me, so I will pay the dues at the earliest. I will pay the amount and I may surrender the Credit card. I never used this card for any other purposes.

Please send the statement in my below mentioned address / E-mail ID at the earliest.

I have been making correspondence Ms Sunita Gupta, Customer Care Service Executive for last two months in regard to the Balance shown against my Credit Card No. [protected]/8015, which has expired in Dec., 2008. Secondly, they are further showing credit against this card. Thirdly, another statement is being sent to me or messages sent to me on phone regarding card no. [protected]. It is not understood how this is being shown.

Further, I want to settle my account in 12 instalments by reversing the payment shown against credit card against the pruchase made before Dec, 2008. As per my calculations I Ow the ICICI Rs. 50, 000, which I agree to settle. Kindly inform me.
