Order id HIOF-[protected] When i searched in yahoo "flowers to india" i got many links but i choose the Yahoo sponsoerd link and clicked on http://www.indiaonlineflorists.com/ and on 13 feb purchased a bouquet of flowers to be sent to india. order Id HIOF-[protected]. The amount was immediately deducted from my CC but the flower never reached my friend. Yahoo is partly responsible for this cheating Please let me know how to report this to india cyber crime as 1) the number mentioned in the website is always busy 2) others should not be duped l;ike this Before buying i checked the authenticity of this number but even then it was coming engaged +91 [protected]. I have the same experience with this site. I am thinking of lodging a complain with www.core.nic.in and will advice all, who are being cheated to do the same. Let's give them a punch.
Cheating people, that's all what that website is about. They don't deliver anything and have a cell phone number as their customer service contact number. On top of that, it is switched off. THis is a major fraud!!!
i ordered a same date delivery for rakhi. It never reached. These and mother never delivered and never responded.

hey I came very close to to agree with what u guys said...I ordered somethig and these guys delivered my stuff but didnt email me a status confirmation of order placed or order delivered.
But I found out that they did it on time...good for them...
so I guess they are fine after all...I have to say their ciusotoner servoce sucks thgh...i tried calling them and they wldnt pick up or they will email..

I experienced the same. Delivery was never made. I ordered from USA for my mom in India. And now the owner is also not picking up the call.
Ordered a flower to my fiancée in India on 14 feb 2014. She dint receive them. 60$ were deducted and now no one picks the call or no mail from them. Fell for the trap. Please help, The number of the owner above hold no good.

It was meant to be surprised to the receiver but they phoned them that the bouquet had arrived.
Eventually it was delivered by auto, and the auto driver phoned the receiver to collect it from outside the venue.
I won't recommend anyone to use indiaonlineflorists.. I have never experienced such a poor service before.

I have placed an order to be delivered on June 30th. They delivered it today. They did not deliver what was promised. They should have delivered fresh flowers, by the time my friend opened the flowers, the petals started falling off. The cake was suppose to have writings and should have been freshly prepared, I am not sure which bakery will receive an order in the midnight 12:00 and will deliver the cake by 10:00 AM in the morning . The website says the cakes will be delivered fresh @ 11:00.
