I am a NANGLOI GASS SERVICE customer I want to book gass online on site www.ioclebiz.com but site is not opening for on line registration for gass booking, so please look on it.

cust.no;27816. dealer;sidhartha enterprises every time i have to book the cylinder 2to 3times after 15 days i am receiving the delivary as i am having single cylinder and so much delays as i don't know what to do as i booking a cylinder after 45 days. as the dealer unable to lift phone so please take necessary actions.regards anil lahoti

I AM SHEKHAR COMSUMER NO 24208, BOOKED MY REFILL ON 11/08/2008 AND GOT THE BOOKING NO 9 DATED 11/08/08 THROUGH 1260. THE JAYANT GAS SERVICE JANAK PURI, NEW DELHI NEVER SUPPLY THE GAS ON TIME. TODAY ON 18/08/2008
( 9 DAYS) I NOT GET SUPPLY . I NORMALLY NOT COMPLIANT ABOUT THE AGENCY BUT I HAVE SEEN WHAT IS HAPPENING IN GODOWN

booked my refill on 11/08/2008 through 1260 online booking
and till date today on 18/08/2008, I have not received the refill.
this not a first time, they delaying the service.they are habitual to say "aaj ajyegi ya phir kal subha ".
I therefore request you kindly look into the matter and sovle the problem please.My consummer No is 24208

problem in every month when i book my gas then, they show Busy noumber in all working days. Mon-Sat-9:00-6:00pm.The noumber is[protected] or 27618873.You can try any time, 6-9 you find always BUSY.But after 6 ;oclok the phone ring start rining We go to office persnally than book gas.after booking they send after 15-16 days.They give one cylender in 20 days.

If any buddy wants a refill Gas cylinder in Black Sunder Shyam Enterprises provide immediately. If any buddy wants a Gas cylinder on number is says that Shortage of refill cylinder.

M/s Sunder shyam Enterprises is not provides us a good service. Please take a necessary action on M/s Shyam Enterprises as soon as possible.

with due regard i want to state that i am a customer with chander kala indane and my consumer no. is 10152, 11501 and i am trying to to book the cylinder for last ten days but the phone lines are going busy, booking mtnl no. 1260 to booking no.14 and 15 booking date[protected] in case the phone is ringing they dont pick the phone due to which we are facing a lot of problem. You are requested to take a prompt action in this regard.

all the phn line of this agency r out of service or busy...bt only during service time...after 6 pm lines are ok bt there is nobody to attend...wat kind of service they r providing to their custmor...website is not opening...numer r busy or they cut after 1st ring...the people consired should be punished as we r al;ready facing high gass rate pblm .they rnt at all doing their job properly...i hope ill soon here something gud from their or ur side...plz do what so ever is required...we dont have gass n dnt have food u could say thanx
1. sir, my consumer number is BG 25447 & i am living @ 395/b main road mahalaxmi encalave, we have informed to the officials of bhagirthi gas agency nehru vihar delhi[protected] to change our residence address and produced & submit relating documents, but till now agency officials have not changed our residecial address caused we are not getting our gas supply properly.
2. the attitude of the agency officials Is very rude & they always ignore the telephonic booking & harass consumers by putting off their recievers from the cradle hence declining our gas bookings.

I, Mrs. Nirmala, having Consumer No. 31003, with M/s. Popular Chemist (Indane Gas Dealer), 2, Sunder Nagar Market, New Delhi, am facing lot of problem with regard to leakage of gas from the cylinder. This has happened twice continuously. My latest cylinder was received on 04.09.2008 vide Cash Memo No. 1488. Today i.e. on 18.10.2008, at about 08.25 PM, when I connected the regulator with the cylinder, suddenly the gas leakage started heavily. Immediately, I disconnected the connection and kept cylinder outside and the gas was still leaking (which unfortunately also is not a safe area due to less space available with me). I continuously tried for about 20 minutes at EMERGENCY SERVICE CELL at Phone No. 24102762 and 24108394 but surprisingly there was no reply. After repeated calls, ultimately I got the reply at Mobile No. [protected] but again it was very painful for me to listen the irresponsible reply that "somebody will be deputed to your house tomorrow morning at about 08.00 AM to replace the cylinder."

Now would some responsible person let me know the definition of EMERGENCY ? When there is continuous leakage from the cylinder and if some casuality takes place, who would be responsible for the same ?

This is to state that your customer with M/s NAIRS GAS SERVICE having cust. No. . I have NAIR'S tel. no. as 25353089, as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

i am consumer at kandhari gas agency rohini sector-1 avantika. my consumer number is kt 5195 i want to book my gas cylinder. kindly do the needful as the telephone is no one attending.

i am resident of rohini and i also faces the same complaints and problem thar are being referred by above people.
sir the major problem is that ...phones never work and the site "www.ioclebiz.com " never open up and we have to go personally to book the cylinder.
so kindly please do something in this regard.

i am purushottam joshi since 20 days i have been contacting to the agent for gas refiling to the SIDHARTHA ENTERPRISE.HYDERABAD.500027.nor they are responding nither providing GAS.EVEN I DONT HAVE GAS AT HOME FOR COOKING .SO TELL ME WHAT THE HELL OF SERVICE IS THIS HOW THE PUBLIC SHOULD SERVIVE.I AM SO SUFFERING WITH THIS IGNORANCE
