SHANTI INDANE — BOOKING
WE HAVE GAS CANNECTION WITH SHANTI INDANE. IT HAS VERY POOR SERVICE WITH THIER CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE YOUR PHONE ALWAYS BUSY. I AM TRYING THIER PHONE NO LAST 3DAY. BUT STILL BUSY. WHAT I DO HOW CAN I BOOK MY GAS . THERE CONTACT NO IS 25025040 , 25052152, 25056668. ALWAYS BUSY THIS IS NOT MY PERSONAL PROBLEM. THIS PROBLEM FACE THEIR ALL CUSTOMER. D/Sir,
It is stated tht we are customer wih Keerti Gas, 3767, Kanhaiya Nagar(F.F) Tri Nagar, New Delhu-110035 customer no 26989. When we need to book for LPG cylinder, we try a lot ontelephone but usually got the response that either the hones are busy or phones are not answered. Moreover IVRS phone no. 23411654 is also unanswered or remains busy. It is very difficult to g very timeersonally fr bookig in todas busy life.It is general grievance of all the customer. We have cme to know that during the winter season, they sale the LPG cylinder in black market or for commercial use. Their behave is also very rude. At present I have booed my cylinder on 08 Jan. 2008 personally but not received till now.
Seeking for early redressal of our grievances and action against the agency.

Unfortuantely, I am a customer of Gaytri Gas Agency. I feel both IOC and Gaytri Gas Agency are determind t frustrate the customer by giving virtually no reply and response.
I think IOC should be more shameful their no control and bad intentions towrads customer loyalty and services.

regularly get gas sylender, they have no accurate weight what they have written on sylender, even weighing machine, they carry have a fault .they are not measring right.
i have so many times complain to prabhat gas servive at janakpuri.
they only giving commitment, never follows as commitment.
and there is no exact phone number to complaint and take complaint id.
even there is some help line and phone number on slip but thay all are out of order, they never exist.

with due regard i want to state that i am a customer with Saroj Enterprises - Vikas Puri, ND-18. and my consumer no. is 21443 and i am trying to to book the cylinder for last ten days but the phone lines are going busy, and in case the phone is ringing they dont pick the phone due to which we are facing a lot of problem. You are requested to take a prompt action in this regard.

FOR THE LAST 40 MINUTES. 22376815, 22374334 AND 22374335 NUMBERS ARE BUSY AND 22379484 NUMBER RINGING IS NOT BEING ATTENDED. MY LAST BOOKING ON 2ND JANUARY WAS DONE ON MY PEERSONAL VISIT. I FACED SAME PROBLEM ON THAT DAY. KINDLY KEEP A CLOSE WATCH ON THE AGENCY SO THAT THEY DO NOT TARNISH THE IMAGE OF INDANE. This is true and so expected, they have printed the website on all biills asking consumers to book online but the site doesn't even exist. Even the toll free 24 hrs number they have listed never connects.
There should be some way to dragging them to consumer courts for wasting the time of the consumers and for untrue claims and communication to consumers.
If anyone can guide thru the process would like to initiate the complaint against them

And I also book the same 15 days before by mannually but I still not recieve the gas. So you please take the necessary step to speed up the service because it is needfull to us.
