I would like to bring into your notice that Indian Distributors- Prem Gas Service is unable to provide the booking service for filling the empty cyclender becuase the staff keep by the agencies putting their phone no. 25125624, 25125453 receiver aside to show that their lines are busy from the last one week but some time ring goes but no one ready to pick the telephone.
Will you please take appropriate step for the smooth the functioning of their phone numbers for provided services to your valuer customer's. Your immediate action in the above matter would be highly appreciated.
Today while going through the previous bill on which 24 Hours booking service dial no. 1260 provided, I have booked the cycliner and got booking number 12 at 10/22 am on 15/02/2010, please confirm is it workable/valid booking.

I have a indane gas connection for house hold. this is deliver from
Prabhat gas service(indane distributor) at janakpuri west Delhi.
I regularly complain to prabhat gas for low weight delivery of cylinder. but I think he is very happy from his delivery man.
But today he supplied slender, of booking happen on 13th feb 2010.
First he supplied late and supplied expired gas cylinder by A08.
So many times I complaint in their office but no body is responsible for this.
Even I have visit to IOC website there is not availability of concern officer mail ID and phone number.
A number of complain has been logged in their blog but there is no body to take care.
Kindly grant attention and suggest me to what step should be taken.

I very much agree with the complaints regarding the inconvenience that customers have to face these days.I want to draw ur kind attention towards Consumer No.8397 of Anant Ji Gas Service by the name Mr. Ravindra Kumar.Generally.whenever the Gas is to be booked the nos. are engage or nobody picks it up.
It is requested from my side to take corrective actions in regard as early as possible n relieve our grievances.

I am a consumer of GEMINI ENTERPRISES, next to tehsil Najafgarh, New Delhi. My costomer no. is 25771 on the name of S. Kumar .I booked cylinder on 7th march 2010 through TROMO service at 10:07 am and I was given booking no 61/62. Till date I have not got cylinder. I tried to re book my cylinder through TROMO service but system is not accepting my request telling that you have already booked your cylinder on 7th march and now it will not be rebooked. I contacted GEMINI ENTERPRISES on phone no. [protected] but they are strict to book through TROMO service & not directly to agency.
Please give me some suggetion. What should I do?

I'm tha customar of MAHESHWARI GAS SERVICE, I have booked a cylinder month ago still i'm waiting for my cylinder i don't get it. i tried to call their help line No.. but their help line No.. is not working. so, plz do something i'm so suffering from this service, otherwise my last step will be to file a case to the consumar coart against this associate, because they are so irresponsible.
