I am a NANGLOI GASS SERVICE customer I want to book gass online on site www.ioclebiz.com but site is not opening for on line registration for gass booking, so please look on it.

This is to state that your customer with M/s Bakson Gas Service having cust. No. KE02653. I have Bakson's tel. no. as 23678210, 23631853 as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

I agree with Mr. Bhupesh that the site does not open inspite of repeated efforts. Also it is not possible to contact the concerned Gas Dealer on phone saying 'out of order' or not reachable or busy.

This is to state that I am customer with M/s Goodwil Gas Service having cust. No. GW 07841. For the last ten days I have been requesting M/s. Goodwill Gas Service for replacement of my underweight gas cylinder(2.5 kgs). In the past also I have received gas cylinders filled with water upto 3 kgs. Many complaints to M/s. Goodwill Gas Service but nothing has been done by M/s. Goodwill gas service against the delivery man. Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for requesting for the replacement of the cylinder. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest in lieu o[censored]nderweight cylinder.. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

I am customer with Shri Radhagovind Gas Service IX/171,Sham Block Kailash Nagar Delhi-110031.I am faceing
problem in every month when i book my gas then,they show Busy noumber in all working days. Mon-Sat-9:00-6:00pm.The noumber is[protected] or 22073323.You can try any time,6-9 you find always BUSY.But after 6 ;oclok the phone ring start rining We go to office persnally than book gas.after booking they send after 5-6 days.They give one cylender in 20 days.

This is to inform you that I(MAHINDER Gupta) tried a lot on Telephone to book our cylinder but usually no body picks the phone and one day they picked the phone and I booked our cylinder. They said, they will send the cylinder within two days but nobody has come. Now, when we again called them , they said you haven't booked any cylinder. From 15 Days we are looking for you people. We urgently need the cylinder, please Do something and find its solution as soon as possible.

absolutely , a big company like IOC cannot manage to update or their prestigious website working is very shameful spl. in todays digital world. even we tried to do booking on website as most of the time dealers/ disti's phone nos. are busy. I wd appreciate if the site director of this very site complan this to IOC.

This is to kindly state that that i (esha jain) have buked my cylinder on 27.10.2007 it has been more than a month ,but we havnt received our buked cylinder yet...we had been regularly contacting and visiting ur office but there was ni response....this is just ridiculous.. kindly look into the matter ...otherwise we have to report to higher authority.
hope w'll be receiving it to the earliest date possiblee.

IOCL is the worst among all PSU Oil Cos. on Customer Service front.
It is virtually impossible to reach their local gas dealer on phone as the telephone are never attended.
Even their much touted "TOLL FREE" Customer Srvice Cell no([protected]) is faulty as one gets a recoded message from BSNL stating "no telephone exists with this number"
I wonder whether their is any accountabilty at all at any level in this Organisation.

I am a AMAR GASS SERVICE customer i booked the cylinder on 26/12/07 but after a week has passed there is no response from their side when i went to the gas agancy, computer was out of order, every time to book the cyliner i have to visit to the gas agency becoze no ph no. can help me to book the gas, I want to book gass online on site www.ioclebiz.com but site is not opening , so please do needful.

with due regard i want to state that i am a customer with tirupati balaji gas services and my consumer no. is 27547 and i am trying to to book the cylinder for last ten days but the phone lines are going busy, and in case the phone is ringing they dont pick the phone due to which we are facing a lot of problem. You are requested to take a prompt action in this regard.

It is stated tht we are customer wih Sukhdham Gas Servicee, Lawrance Road, customer no A09151. When we need to book for PG cylinder, we try a lot ontelephone but usually got the response that either the hones are busy or phones are not answered. Moreover IVRS phone no. 23411654 is also unanswered or remains busy. It is very difficult to g very timeersonally fr bookig in todas busy life.It is general grievance of all the customer. We have cme to know that during the winter season, they sale the LPG cylinder in black market or for commercial use. Their behave is also very rude. At present I have booed my cylinder on 07 Jan. 2008 personally but not received till now.
Seeking for early redressal of our grievances and action against the agency.
