[Resolved] Www.Jeevansathi.com — poor sites with much bugs, and don't refunding balance amount | |||
I have registered with jeevansathi.com as paid member, with Id ZAWY4208 in jeevansathi.com www.jeevansathi.com providing chatting services to paid members, and they have much bugs on their chatting module on site, we are unable to see chat box of other users, who is trying chat with us, on top of browser toolbaar, its reminding as someone sending me chat msg, but I am unable to see the chat box o[censored]sers, and many times we have complaint about same problem with their support executive, but they are not accepting that they have the bugs in the same, and unable to get proper solutions, after seeing all that problem, I am going to request for my balance amount refund, but they have no policy for refunding balance amount of paid members.
