i have 500 share of allahabad bank which was allotted to me in year of[protected]. at that time i was residing b-7 government colony Raibarli up . now i am residing in lucknow add- c-20 dilkusha colony lucknow cantt.i could not recive the dividend of allahabad bank since 2004.my dpid is-IN302316 and my client id is 10161050 with consortium securities. what should i do to get my dividend since 2004.

my form application no.is 11432701 my refund cheq.not recd
