[Resolved]  www.mobikwik.com — fraud

www.mobikwik.com is not a good website. Their Customer support is poorest.

7 march 2011 - i did a payment of 200 rupee in my mobikwik account. At the end stage of payment (after completion of payment from my debit card) their server gave some technical error and after that from that day to now i did not get my 200 rupee in my account. i have sent many emails, calls. but they mother[censored]ers are not replying.

So don’t go to use this wesite.....

hello my name is amardeep singh [protected] from lucknow i made a recharge of rs 6 and due to some technical error it is not done and my money 6+1 crdited in mobikwik account and thn again i added rs 10 in mobikwik balance and now i hve 15 rs in my account i got a msg on my mobile i recieved rs 10 but not rs 6 plzz c to it and refund my money...i also complaint in customer care

mother , sister , also deducted my 500 from my bank account but nothing added in my mobile balance,
my number is [protected], i am sure i will not get my amount back, that is a scam site like other site, i have no one to complain.
got technical error, bad gateway, and many more when i attempted 2nd time with an amount of 50. again balance deducted nothinf credited in my mobile balance, mob number [protected]

I recharged my airtel mobile number ([protected]) for Rs. 99, through mobwik website (www.mobikwik.com) and the amount of Rs. 101 has got deducted from my Bank account.

The Mobikwik transaction id is: [protected]

My email id is: [protected]@yahoo.com

But, till now, I haven't got the amount in my airtel sim card.

I'm having the proof of the Mobikwik transaction saved in my laptop.

If my airtel account balance doesn't increase within today evening, I will go to consumer court against Mobikwik

it;s serious matter. i lost 42000.
very bad customer care, i am trying to contact customer care from the morning to evening but unable to reach them, on sep 8th through mobikwik i made online recharge without successful recharge my amount 444 rupees got deducted from my credit card, but the balance didn't add my mobile.

I have used the Mobikwik coupon code in ebay to purchase a few computer accessories worth Rs 300. At the end stage of payment (after completion of payment from my SBI debit card) their server gave some technical error. Since past 10 hours, I did not get my Rs. 300 in my Mobikwik wallet after being deducted from my SBI account and neither was anything purchased from ebay online.

Please be cautious while using this website...

My issue with Mobikwik is resolved now i can see my money in mobikwik
wallet after about 48 hours however I would like to add one thing that
it has no customer service at all. No one calls you when you raise a
ticket you always need to keep your fingers crossed hoping your issue
will be resolved An the funny part is there is no time limit to any of
their services. You simply need to pray and hope for the best.
I had ₹250. Nd now i cant see my wallet balance. What the hell ??? I just want my wallet balance back.

Respected sir, I have lost my 302 Indian rupees during recharging to my airtel number, and the amount is not recharged nor the money is refunded to my mobikwik account. So please refund my money .
