[Resolved]  www.myhappyjourney.com — not getting travel bill

i travelled to kerala for 7 days with myhappyjourney.com last month.I havent got my bills for the trip till now?
i contacted cochin office and bangalore office.No response till now?

Hi They are really good only.My bill was sent to my g mail by them early and it was in my spam which i forget to check and Notice.Now they courier the bills to my home address and impress me too!! Thanks Mr.Koushik for the response initiated!! I ll travel with you next time for sure!

This was an exceptionally unique experience that we will remember for ever. Atmosphere with loving people & remarkable experience of treatment. We had good people, good treatment, nice surrounding place and very good time and we will come back.

i to travelled kerala with them totally face.. they will say something and they give some thing else the facility's were not good in the house boat. the driver is also not good and he left us somewhere for some time totally i was disappointed in my trip
actually i have send honeymoon enquiry to myhappy journey but there is no response till now. i got call from one of their executive but till now he has not send me any mail.
he the karthi does not chat continously.i am angry with him

I am really sorry for this.We check the status of complaint and we found that you need a bill for extra amount apart from the package u taken.
Basically myhappyjourney.com respects govt policies and we are open to all. We send the bill for the exact amount for which u travelled already.

Anyway we are thank full that there was no complaints regarding our services

Due to unavoidable situation i had to cancel my honeymoon trip before 2 days of journey. Manjula provided me Rs 0 as refund for my advance of Rs.13000 mentioning please check our policy and we have already booked your hotel.Means without using any service i lost Rs.13000, even GoIbibo.com gave 70% of refund amount and this MyHappyJourney took all my money.
