Dear Customersupport,

I had asked for help me out to recover my blocked email id of rediffmail. My id has been blocked due to this I am unable to access my mail. This is my very very important id for me because through this id I make my all correspondence. If it is not your depatment please pass it to concern department. Few days back id was hacked by anyone and sending unwanted abused mail to all, who are in contact folder.I am helpless as i don't even remember the security question.

Rediff.com — password retrieval

I am not able to open my rediff account even when i have entered correct password and user name. It gives error every-time i try to login. It's very important email id for me. All my professional and personal documents are stored in it. Password help assistance of rediff is also not useful.

Unfortunately i have to say that this is the worst mail service i have ever experienced. From last two days i am unable to access my account even if i have changes my password so many time. This is not the first time i have experienced this problem, at a regular interval of two-three months this is happening. My Id is "kishore.[protected]@rediffmail.com". If you guys can rectify the issue it will be good. Kindly do the necessary ASAP.

This is Amar. I have been using my rediff account ->> [protected]@rediff.com since 2004/05 but approx a year ago, someone cracked my account. There was an email forwarded by one of my friends and when i opened link given in that email, it brought me to a differnet page; next day onwards, I was not able to access my account.I tried with forgot password questions as well but no luck; the person must have changed the question. I have written to rediff.com customer care mulitiple times with my alternet email address but there has never been a response from them. Please help me recover my account. I am ready to provide any proof that this account belongs to me. My alternate email address is -> dwivedi.[protected]@gmail.com. Your help is greatly appreciated.
