i am un able to open my mail account [protected]@rediffmail.com, my important mails are in this account so please give new password and re open my mail account

am unable to login to my mail account - neetu.[protected]@rediffmail.com. Someone has hacked my password and also reset the security questions so I am unable to recover my password. On the rediffmail site, in the feedback option..

i have the email id under the user name [protected]@rediffmail.com. i think my account has been hacked as i am unable to access it even though i think i have entered the right password. i tried the forgot password option according to which i entered the alternative email id - [protected]@yahoo.com. it said i would be mailed the password recovery steps but i have not recieved them yet. this email id contains extremely important and sensitive information and hence it is requested of you to help me recover my emails at the earliest possible.
