I am filing complaint against unnecessary &unwanted
activation of value added service on prepaid connection without the permission or request from the consumer and deduction of activation and reactivation charges directly from account balance. this has been done previously as well, and no action has been taken against customer's complain...Iam suffering from this syndrome for last three month.My request no. is[protected].My mobile no. is [protected].

I have bought reliance data card, at the time of buying I have been told that speed would come nearly 144 kbps, however I have been using the data card, the speed is not going 35 kbps.

Can anybody reply me on this email.

Reliance Infocomm — Demand for payment ofun-used Sevice

I had obtained an USB Data card from RIL infocomm under a scheme. The scheme was available under 02 months free acccess. During this 02 months period the surfing speed was very slow. When enquired about the speed, I was told that data card being under the scheme, it probaly might be slow. However upon completion of the 02 months period, I was told to be covered under one policy, for which tariff were differently allocated.
I had finally chose to get enrolled into one of their tariff. I had hardly used their data card for 13 days due to the speed factor and finally chose to put an end to RIL services . I had immidiately connected their office and informed them about my intensions to dis-continue their services. I had very clearly advice them the reasons for my dis-continuation and finnaly my request was recorded under their request #[protected]. After few days I was tols to pay Rs. 195 for the 13 days service I had used. I immidiately paid the stated amount. (I have bank statement to prove).
Inspite of my paying my closing amount, I was being sent bill from RIL regularily. Every time I had recieved their bill, I had personnly intimated them about the closure of account. Every now and them I was being harrassed by their executive asking me to pay money. They even come home asking me for payment.
Surprisingly I had recieved a legal notibe from RIL demanding for about 1100/- inclusibe of 18% P.A.
Request you to pls. look into this matter.

I have made complain to customer care about non working of my CDMA WLL land phone No.[protected] on or about last week of August, 2009 and and representative of local authorised dealer collected my phone set on 2nd September, 2009 under case ID NO.[protected], surprisingly as on to day i.e. 14th September, 2009, I have not received my phone back inspite of verious complain to the customer care on given numbwe 30333333.

My displasure is cusromer care did talk to me and given me few numbers of local area for contact i.e. Mr.D.K.Das[protected]/36, Nodel officer: Ms.Dola Bose[protected], Mr. Mahendra Kumar Pandey[protected] & Mobile No.[protected].Since last 10 days, I have tried more then 50 times to all given numbers but got no answer on all the given numbers, I found ringing all the time and on mobile remained switched off.

On my frustration, I kept attempting to the Customer care numbers on every day and lodging complain to her health is their representative and alsoto their senior officrs namely Ms. Monika, Mr. Vijit, Ms.Uzma, Ms.Raisa etc...
but nothing could happened as on to day.

I would like to lodge a serious complain that my edged mother is aloan in my house and without communication with outside world. She is not well and not in good health. I must say that the reliance service is not at all dependable, specialy in KOLKATA.
Sir, I requested for dnd service on dated 13 August 2009.My request registered no[protected].I have been promised within 45 days reliance sms andcallswill be blocked..But 45 days has been passed I have no relief o[censored]nwanted reliance calls and sms.So many times Ihave contacted customer care service but there is no responsive answer.my mobile no is [protected] which registered on my name that is s.m .musharraf shamsi. Thisisnot violation of court direction.If reliance communication is not started my DND service as soon as possible I complain against district consumer forum.

sooooooooo plz take a so fast action on it and stop all services ( voice and fun ) immediatly in favor of me. i am hardly waitng ur reply n action in my favour.

Reliance USB — Value added services

I am using Reliance USB chord(relationship no.[protected], reliance no.[protected]). In the statement for the period[protected] to[protected] the company has charged Rs.39.00 towards valu added service charges i.e.reliance netconnect usage charges, which is not clear because I have taken a pre-paid package of Rs.300/- per month. I tried to contact the phone nos.3033 3333 and[protected] but of no use. Rs.39/- charged as additional amount only this month as I was paying only Rs.300/- + service tax till date from the date of inception. Kindly clarify.
I want to Activat Do Not Disturb Option In my Mobile Phone I dont want to any Caller Tune Phone and any Service SMS
activation of value added services, without my permission and deduct the balance from my account.

Dear Sir,

Dear Sir,
I am Professor K.C.Mahapatra. My phone no. is [protected]. I am using 'reliance' sims for a very long period, and everything was fine.
During past few days about Rs40, Rs25, Rs20, etc are deducted towards 'VAS IndiatimesVPak' about which we do not know. Yesterday my phone was ON and was lying unused in the morning when I was busy in my computer, but to my surprise, Rs25 was deducted. I tried to contact through your no 198, but I could not reach your representative.Today morning again Rs5 is deducted.
IT SERIOUSLY PAINS ME TO LOSE MONEY LIKE THIS FOR NO REASON WHICH I HAVE PUT FOR TALK. KINDLY TAKE ACTION TO STOP 'VAS IndiatimesVPak' FROM MY MOBILE AND RESTORE MY LOST MONEY.
