[Resolved]  www.yatra.com — unconfirmed tickets refund

Sir,
I have booked an air ticket through Yatra website on 24.01.2013. When i booked 1st time Rs.4537/- was deduct from my account. But I din't received ticket at the 1st time. Then i received a call from yatra call center that ur ticket is not confirmed & he insisted me to book again & said that the failure booking amount will be refunded with in 2 to 3 days.On 4th Feb i sent my 1st mail regarding the refund & yatra replied me that send ur transaction detail. I have attached my transaction details and i again sent mail on 11th feb & yatra replied that with a mail that the amount was not credit in our account. The reply from yatra is

This is with reference to your email dated 11th February, 2013, regarding the payment error.
We would like to inform you that we checked the database and found that the payment was not charged.
The payment did not go through and was not materialized. There is no refund pending from our end.
Kindly find the details of the unsuccessful transaction mentioned below. You may forward or send a copy of this email to your bank for confirmation.

Then I showed Yatra's reply to SBI where I am having account & they replied me that both the transactions maid for booking the air tickets are credit in yatra account on 28.01.2013.

Yatra.com — No refund amount

Hi

I have also booked the flight. I have not received the refund amount yet. After 15days also. Every day their Customer care is responding the it will take 1 more day and more days.

I Never like to book any more ticket for yatra.com.
They have the worst service and No response also.

www.yatra.com — charging falsely on on credit card for train bookings. No reply from customer care.

I have been trying to do some train reservations through yatra.com which I was not able to.

When I logged on to the 'my bookings' section, It says that bookings have failed.
While the status says 'payment failed,' once you click on the reference ID, it says 'Your booking was unsuccessful. The payment charged will be refunded in a few days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.' This has happened while I have already received a confirmation from my bank saying that a payment has been made.


I am attaching the JPEG of the webpage that popped up. Please check the reference IDs ( XFI5YC & NVBVYC) on 9th (and today, there were four such entries) and let me know when the money will be refunded to me.

When I called the helpline number, there was no option that could connect me to an executive immediately for rail bookings or help me with a refund of my money.

My question is, if the booking is not done, how could they use my credit card details and charge me? I think I have been taken for a ride.

I have made a rail booking through yatra.com 0n 9th August 2016. The system could not process the booking after making the payment and again requested for payment and debited the amout from my credit card twice. I contacted the customer care and they requested me to send the credit card debit statement to [protected]@yatra.com for the refund. But till today I have not received my money. I have booked a ticket with yatra on 31st of August however the money got deducted and no ticket received. I got a call from yatra and they insisted me to book another ticket with I did and second time also the money is deducted and no ticket received. I called the customer care and they said that they will confirm 1 ticket and refund the full amount for the second payment. The reference number Is[protected]. I have not yet received the refund and would request to refund my money as soon as possible before I make a official complaint.

My yatra reference no. is[protected]. I cancelled a booking on 1st April, 2017 but i didn't got the refund in my bank account till now. It's been over 7 days but i didn't got the refund yet. I want to know how much more time will it take.
I also stated this issue in my earlier mail & you people said that the refund has already been initiated & it will be reflected in 5-7 days in my bank account but i didn't got the refund till now & when i called the bank manager regarding the transaction they said that they didn't receive any such refund. Please have a look at it and do the needful with immediate effect.

I have booked ticket reference number[protected]. Payment have been deducted from my credit card and have already received about payment confirmation however, my ticket confirmation is not yet done.

I don't know what is issue with yatra. I have do you people try to charge more money through this way - and not confirming ticket now and later asking for more money.

I need ticket confirmation soon. Also though I chose coupon offer code, it didnot get applied.

I am highly disappointed with their service.
