Hi Team,

My name is Amarjit. I had purchased or rather was sold two holiday packages from a company called XLNC. It expired on 31st Jan 2012. I had contacted the company to book for a holiday for me in 1st week of December 2011. Which gives the company almost 50days to arrange a holiday for me. I was informed that there are no holidays available so they will extend the packages for me till feb 2012, its already the end of feb now. i contacted the company several times through emails, but they dont respond. I tried calling the person who handles the package. I spoke with Namit Jhaveri on the 1st week of feb 2012. He told me that the holiday packages has been discontinued so i have to pick a different product offered by the company. When i asked why have they discontinued the packages without informing the customer. He told me that the company doesnt profit with the holiday packages anymore so i will have to settle with either BioDisc ( a product) or a website from where i can profit commission. I told him that im not interested. I want my money back if the holiday vouchers have been discontinued. Ever since then the company has been ignoring my emails and phone calls.
