[Resolved] xylo — Service Complaint | |||
Sir, my xylo e4 is presently in the work shop in the accidental department of United Automobiles Address : 508-A, Transport Nagar, GT Road Allahabad. since from 4 days and no action has been taken yet i m totaly upset by the performane of mahindra and mahindra i can not blame the dealer because he is saying that he is not responsible for the delay it is because of the delay in the delivery of the reqiered parts that are A.C scrout Radiator front bumpherand some other parts due to this reasons they are not attainding my car and blaming the company and also saying that they are over loaded, so if they are not able to attained the job they should increase the number of workers or this agency should be transfer to any one who can satisfy the coustomer of the company .we are the customer of mahindrta and Mahindra not o[censored]nited auto mobiles so I want Mahindra &maindra to Take some Action in this mater it is not only about me many other customer also have the same opinion please help me i[censored] can,my xylo E4 registration no. xylo — bad vipers
Sirwe bought xylo in 15.2010.january. Very bad performence in viper. It makes scarch in frond glass.
we changed viper set 3 times in 20000 km .

Sir i am sorry to say that after the repeted complaint of the clutch problem no body cares for the coustmer.I recived the company call for the same but it was just vain as it seems the call was to just satisfy the customer verbly.So i pls request the company that if a smaller problem resist for so long and no action is taken with in 15 days where the companys credibility goes.Thanks
