i m sure a fraud has been committed...same is the case with me too... interestingly all the reference nos. batch nos. parcel nos. etc. are completely identical...its my request to all not to pay any heed to such e-mails. actually such mails deserves to be deleted as soon they are received...otherwise one will end up looking like a fool..!!! the govt. should take steps to harness such activities...for example, creating awareness among the people...otherwise innocent people will surely fall prey to such fraudulent activities...the account provided for payment should be inquired into and in occasion of any suspicion the person be interrogated and arrested, if necessary...
