I have tried to upgrade yahoo mail after seeing the upgradation notification. During upgradation some error happened and my mail is not opeing now

My complaint is that I either can't sign into yahoo or most of my mail isn't in my inbox. It will show I have 11 emails and open it, there are only 4 or I watch the emails come through and open and there isn't anything there. I have also had others tell me they aren't receiving my emails. Can someone please tell me why this is?
Another problem I have is that when I upgraded my messanger, all of my voice mails were deleted. Is there anyway to get those saved voice mails back?

My yahoo email id : [protected]@yahoo.com has been HACKED so plz let me know at to do and iam afraid the culprit would use it for wrong reasons ...you can contact me on [protected]@yahoo.com and if you feel i cant get my id back better deactivate it its my kind request
