This is all Bull Never Responce to such kind of Email as i have an Personal Expierence of it When i recived such a Email I once tried to Responce to it, They told me that U will have to Pay a amount of 30, 000 Rupees but i requested the same Person who sent me an mail to deduct the Half of the amount and Debit the rest of the Amount to my Account, , there after i Never got the Reply from the same Person

i agree with you, as same mail only i got but samll changes was that they said to me "you have to contact airfrieght courier company for collection of your cheque or draft".any way i request t odont do this any more.

i had also got the same mail from the above company, saying that, the had choosed my yahoo id as a random draw, and got 500000 british pound and so, i should pay 500 pounds (i.e)45000Rs for clearance, a most comedy thing is that, i don't have yahoo id, i had only rediffmail id.

I got mail as i won LOttery on Yahoo/MSN service. & confirmation letter from barcley commercial bank.in that i have to pay 25000/- INR as C.O.T. charges to transfer the winning amount on my personnel bank account. This is in accordance with section 13(1)(n) of the international transfer act as adopted in 1993 and amended on 3RD July 1996 by the constitutional assembly in that i have to pay 25000/- INR as C.O.T. charges to transfer the winning amount on my personnel bank account. is it fake or true pls Help me. waiting for reply.

From time to time, fraudsters use the name of well-known financial institutions to try to defraud people out of money. Such scams have been around for many years but unfortunately, criminals still continue their efforts to defraud people. Use of the Internet is yet just another means that the criminals use, especially since it has made it easier for them to reach large numbers of potential victims around the world.
Advice:

I have been receing various emails from many online line lottery companies based in UK US intimating that having been declared winner in random selection of your emails. To claim the prize money, winner is requested to furnish the particulars. Recently, I have also received an email from Green Point lottery intimating that I have been declared as winner $ 15, 000000 to claim the prize money furnish the details. Now, I have been asked by the company to send $ 50 via Moneygram agent or Western Union Meonty transer agent for notorization of payment from British High Court. On completion of notorization process, the prize money be handed over to the winner.
My point of view, here is that prize amount should immediately be handed over to the winner without any obligation to fulfil after establishing his identitity. But it has been noted that winneres were asked to deposit couriere charges/shipping charges etc. is not justified in any way. Winner should be given his prize immediately with out dilly dallying .
Secondly, I would like to know their authenticity/genuineness, if their is some fraud being made by these socalled online lottery operator, this may be necessarily be brought to the notice of the common man to prevent themselves from their trap.

hey.. i recieve an email too, about yahoo/msn lottery that i won 500, 000UK grands and thats bull .. its all scam .. and its obviuos cuz, nobody is going to ask you for money if they are gonna pay u that amount of cash, that its so ridiculous and they give you names of the managers and phone numbers to contact them but all of them are fake and i laughted a lot too when i analized that they sayed that they are yahoo/msn lottery when actually msn and yahoo are competition they are like oil and water jaja and that`s so ilogic.. here`s what they send to me... so blame...!!!
