Dear Sir,

I have requested the Service Manager from Pandav Nagar to give you a call next week. We will aim to get the issues resolved immediately. Please email us on [protected] if the problem is not addressed next week.

Apologises for the problem it might have caused you.

thanxs for your reply i m unable to understand why yamaha do not have policy to check the working at service center. we as customer purchase the bike being a yamaha product. but is not rectified and customer getting harsh due to bad service at service center. they are not properly trained to solve the problem. doing just hit and trial resulting into wastage of time. who will pay for my time that i wasted at yamaha service center other than regular service.

in my case there is problem either in voltage generation(alternator) level or in (rectification & regulator). because of that proper charging voltage is not coming to battery. why u do not understand?

but wat you are doing i do not understand. since i reported problem on second service(self not working).(Himgiri Yamaha)

now on dt 30.08.2009 i visited your service center (setco yamaha). they simple change the R&R Unit of old bike without knowing where is problem? mean at alternator or regulator, rectifier.

some one has remove my complaint from this site.
will this solve the problem?

after second service i have visited 2 times service center of yamaha. but they are not capable to solve the problem.
this is ideal case to bring yamaha to court.
wat u want u decide ?

yamaha motor india (p) ltd.
Himgiri Yamaha
Setco Yamaha

please reply me through mail do not make any call.

I bought my yamaha gladiator form karaikudi showroom on 2007 and brought it chennai as a new bike it has many problems but I didnt had time to contact these company authority. After buying a bike everyone cannot run like this, and contact the company authority. even if anyone contacts most of them provides the worst response. It is the same problem with my yamaha gladiator too. The self start failed very soon and all the things related to battery like horon lights has problem. I found that the battery is leaking its acids. It is failing at all important times. I came across many bikes, This is the worsrt bike I ve seen in my whole life. I am in doubt wether yamaha motors is an international recognised company. From the experience I earned by using this bike I would recommend others" not to prefer yamaha motors". This is because I am tired and very much disappointed by this motorbike.
I bought yamaha gladiator ss from GEE JAY yamaha showroom on 2011 in pattukottai, tanjore(dt), tamil nadu. After one month i caught severe accident for back break pedal cut( failed).i have many problems in this bike(front light, battery, self start. In my life this is a worst bike..iam complaint to my dealer but he did not reply.I want to mention one thing in gladiator ss back break shoo it get loosed & scratch the back wheel drum, but my dealer say it is a MANUFACTURING DEFAULT & then he say will change ur bike back wheel drum...since he didnt change anything..

plz i want reply from u

Yamaha is mainly named for engine. If you use Yamaha bike for long riding(continues 1000 km riding) the engine will not get any problem. I used yamaha Gladiator for more than 5 years and ridden for 65000 km and till now no problem with engine. I have seen other bikes which are used for long riding Cylinder has corrupted due to long ride.
So, engine performance wise Yamaha is good. But other problem like baterry charging, inverter, light and self start failure is common in Yamaha gladiator. i am not sure about other bikes.

Yamaha corporation should take necessary action for this...

I have experienced so many faults with my bike after service, i bought the bike in trichy, tamil nadu in 2009 and brought it to delhi last year. I used to service the bike at Green Automobiles, Faridabad. these people are not checking the vehicle after servicing. its not a single time. first incident they forgot one of the lock nuts of the back seat foot rest, resulting in a damage to my leg( just minor). Next time when i was giving the bike for servicing i told them about that problem, they said they 'll take care, but this time those stupid fellows i dont know whats the problem was, they forgot to tighten the front bike, i found it not working in the middle of my ride in the NH after taking the bike out from service. fortunately iwas not above 60 km/hr on that time, otherwise i would've gone. I suggest yamaha india to evaluate their dealer quality.

Sir, i have yamaha ss125 from last 4years the battery issue not solve. I was changed wiring harness, rectifier, battery for 2 time also same problem i am facing pls give mi suggestions. Pls
