[Resolved] Yamaha — Unethical Sales | |||
Hi, I have purchased a Yamaha SZ-R a month ago and it was confirmed to me by the showroom at camp that company does provide with a Kick for the bike on request, after a week I booked the kick at service center and was informed that I would receive the kick within 10 days. So after 10 days when I inquire about it I was directed to a Factory shop which is at Wakdewadi, when I went there they informed me that company has not yet dedcided to manufacture a kick or not. So I was cheated. More on that after sales service is a joke for Yamaha. I would request all my friends that not to buy any Yamaha products as they cheat on their customers. Such a same that Yamaha just for sales does not care about customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
