Yatra.com — Ticket not booked but money debited from my credit card

Respected Sir,

I tried to book bus ticket from Hyderabad to Pune on 2nd june 2009. The money was debited and yatra.com unable to book the ticket and said that the money would be refunded. After some time again i tried and same thing happened. 1580/- was debited from my credit card. I reported to Yatra.com customer care person Mr. Gopal Gurung and i also mailed my credit card statement keeping Cc to Dhruv Shiringi, Manish Amin, Sabina Chopra, the founders of Yatra. But till now I did not get any response.

Please tell me what to do.

This is N Srinivasa Rao, I had a booked through http://www.Yatra.com on 13th Nov'2009 for going from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 24 th Dec'2009 in the Keshneni Travels Transaction No:[protected](MHDF[protected] - Yatra.com), while confirming, the payment unfortunately the session expiry notification was displayed for me and at the same time payment was deducted from my account Rs.900/-, and my account Number (HDFC Bank A/C :[protected], When I spoke with HDFC Bank regarding the Bus Ticket Amount, They said that Yatra .com people should be pay back to me the Ticket Cost is Rs:900:00, Please suggest me what should I do, What is the procedure for getting Ticket Amount from yatra.com.

Sir,
When I try to book a flight(Jet airways) from coimbatore to Bangalore for 05th Feb, while processing, there is an error message came. (Following message)

"YOU SEEMS TO HAVE CAUGHT US IN THE MIDDLE OF AN UPGRADE"

But amount is dedutced from my card.(Transition no:953594)

Please let me know what should i do to get me ticket?
