[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Money not refunded

www.yatra.com — Refund Not done

I have booked Kingfisher Airline Ticket for flight Kingfisher IT - 331, from Mumbai to Delhi Departure: Thu, 8 Nov,2012 , 06:05 Booking Reference Number [protected] and return ticket from Kingfisher IT - 312, Departure: Tue, 20 Nov,2012 , 17:10, booking reference no:[protected]. But till now I haven got my money refunded back. The Total amount comes to Rs.8620.00 Please help me get my money refund.

Hi,

This is to inform that yatra did not process my refund and every time I call they gave me extended dates. I am calling the yatra call centre every week for the follow up but they give extended dates. Said waiting for the KINGHFISHER to return the money..

They need to understand that I booked my tickets from them I paid them service fees (xtra money as a commission) for convenience. So they should pay it back rather than waiting for Kingfisher to return

REFUND NOT CREDITED-NWK6CR AND Z9HC1

I had cancelled the following ticket( yatra reference no-[protected]) on 28th feb 2013.

The refund amount was RS 5728/- respectively.

However, I have not received the refunds till date.

Kindly requesting you to process the same and refund the said amounts at the earliest.
