Hi Team.
I am really unsatisfied with YEBHI services.I am having unsatisfactory responses from your Customer Executive.
I have returned my goods on 22/05/2013 and from the past 1 week, I am getting the following responses:-
a) Sorry Sir we are facing technical difficulty thsi time.
b) Sorry for the response but upgradation is going on from our Warehouse.
I have been forced to call five times in a single week. That's how I hadn't expected to do so from my point of view.
I have been fed up with all these stuffs.
And moreover to this, I have returned the goods 12 days back and till now it hasn't been confirmed that the goods had been delivered or not yet. Neither through any confirmation messages nor wit any calls from side.
On this as part of it, how you will satisfy your customer needs and ask them to order something from YEBHI.com next time. It still remains a question from y side atleast.
Many Many distresses from your side.
