[Resolved]  Yebhi.com — Didn't refunding money

Hello, My first online shopping experience was really bad..:(

I lyk a stuff on yebhi.... they claimed that d stuff which I selected is instock... I completed all the required amount processing steps and after successful payment they said that that product was out of stock now. My product no. is YBH312749. When I tell them to refund my money back they said that u'll get amount within 7 days... but today is 12th day and now d customer care showing really poor response they don't give me any satisfied answer, they just told me to keep patience...

Hi, I am charles from ahmedabad. I had completed all the required amount processing step. & i had received conformation thru mail. & they called me up for details of delivery & i confirmed it on phone. after just 1 minuted they called me up back & told me to relog the order due to some problem after call in just 2 minutes i relog the order but item was out of stock. & i could not further process. it is unbeliivable that in just 1 minute item was out of stock.
so, they are totaly fraud...so i requested to all of you guys after my comment pls. dont make any transaction with yebhi.com & be aware of such kind of website..
and if anybody victim of this website pls. mail to me [protected]@yahoo.com

I had completed all the required amount processing step. & i didn't received conformation thru mail or phone & also there is no details abt the order i placed. & i called them up for details. they sed dat order i placed was cancelled even thought payment made successfully and he said verification team will cal you. but till now i didnt received any cal from them and no information regaring refund and also poor response from customer care executive
so, they are totaly fraud...so i requested to all of you guys after my comment pls. dont make any transaction with yebhi.com & be aware of such kind of website..
Hi, I am Ramkumar from Morvi (Gujarat). I had placed an order at yebhi.com n my experience is very very bad. At the time of placing a super saver order i had selected 3 products combo super saver, just as i confirmed the order one main product got out of stock in just a minute (Amazing). after that i had talk with their tooooooooo slow cusomer care. they had instructed me to change the product. i had done that also, since 13-10-11 i had received only one product, n other one is on the way since 13th (Once again Amazing... someone tell them this is only in india to deliver a product. it is not a overseas... that taking such a long time). n the greatest matter is that the main product for what i had purchased the combo is once again out of stock or something other. the gr8 yebhi peoples had generated a 249 rs voucher for me, to shop another product. amazingly the same product is available on normal purchase n i have to pay more 700 rs for that. gr8 yebhi.com stop all this foolish practise please.

I think my mistake is that i had made payment in advance. we should pay (Cash On Delivery) COD

This is my kind request to all my frnds. plz dont rely on this website. totally suck... Fraud (No Value for Money)
I purchased one sandwich maker dated :9/12/2011 and when i open the sandwich maker i.e broken from inside, i call and return the sandwich maker on 14/12/2011 against which the new PC code & gift voucher issued to me, but its very shocking that the PC code is not working on any sandwich maker .

i call the yebhi executive 5-10 times and every time they respond in a very casual manner that the PC code will be correct in next 24 hrs ...as their main manager for correction of PC code is not available at the movement .

they issued me several compliant numbers that are;cc [protected], cc[protected].& after that when i call them again they say please drop a mail in reference to your complaint to Mr. Karan Arora at karan.[protected]@yebhi.com, i drop him mail from my mail id [protected]@ymail.com 4-5 times but no action taken as the PC code given is still not applicable on the sandwich maker and they not even concern to revert back on mail in this reference.

hope they will issue me a new PC code against my Order Number ;YBH893644
