I AM PORNIKA DAS,FROM KOLKATA , I HAD BOUGHT A PRODUCT FROM YEPME.COM,WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DELEVERD YET TO ME .I HAD PAYED THE MONEY IN ADVANCE.THEY ARE NOT PICKING MY CALS NOW AND NOT RESPONDING TO ME AN IF THEY ARE RECIVING THE CAL THEY ARE NOT BEHAVING PROPERLY. THE DISPACHED DATE HAD PASSED THOUGH THE PRODUCT HAS NOT REACHED TO ME.THEY ARE SAYING TAT QUENTUM WHICH IS A KUREARE SITE ,THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELEVERD TO THEM BUT QUENTUM IS SAYING TAT WE HAVE NOT YET GOT THE PRODUCT. YEPME.COM IS REALLY CHEATER, NEVER PAY THEM IN ADVANCE
Dear Sir,
I ordered a lady shoe No.6 Red color on 11.11.2013 ORDER NO.4070918. I paid Rs.374/- by SBI internet banking which was transfer to Emvantage payment pvt ltd. [protected] No.[protected]IGN7690180.
We got information that Yepme dispatched it through Ecom Express Docket No.[protected] on 13.11.13 but we were disappointed when Currier person came on 16.11.13 and asked for payment before delivering parcel. We said that we have already paid but he denied to deliver, we called on your helpline but they also said that we have no information of payment and you have to pay or write your complaint.
I wrote mail to company on 17.11.13 and asked to register complaint, Almost after 8 mails and 4-5 calls on their helpline(which is not toll free and i have expend Rs.120/- till date and around 2 hours on it.) My complaint No. 427754 was registered on 21.11.13. On 25th I got messege that we will solve issue earlier and you call on our helpline. On calling the response was same that we are tracing your payment, I said that on very first day on 17th I send you my account statement atteched showing detail of payments, they said to send it again, i send immediately, them I got messege on 27th that we will solve it within 48 hours, the messege repeated on 28th again and on 30th got the messege that as our corrier is not able to trace out you and your mobile is not reachable, so parcel returned back and if you want delivery, order it again.
What bloody nonsense people, I paid in advance, my daughter waiting since last 20 days, currier denied to deliver and asked for payment again, I immediately called company and they said to solve the issue, they registered my complaint after my one week followup, said to solve within 48 hours and now you wrote that we are not traceable and so our order cencilled and parcel returned. How you can dare to do so many blonders.
I am now serious to do some serious against these fraud people who must cheating many peoples in country.Please do some thing tostop these cheaters.
