Dear Sir, Mobile: [protected] Reference Numbers:Attached below I ordered on Monday[protected] for Yepme Pack of Two Socks & Casual Shoes Combo offer (Item Code: 16401) for Rs. 599, and made (Net Banking) payment for Rs. 479 (Rs.120 Special Discount as per the advertisement), Processing of order and payment completed successfully, due to technical problem in your site after the online payment it only showing( In my account -my orders page ) I ordered for COD for Rs. 599 and the order number’s (2728049 and[protected] later I cancelled the wrong payment orders. I checked and confirmed by the bank the amount is debited from my account. please Refund my cash or Send me the same Pack of Two Socks & Casual Shoes (Item Code: 16401). Finally the issue resolved by one your Customer service, according to your executive the issue was I ordered for credit purchase but system generated as COD purchase and the amount is debited in my account.I got refund against Order ID 2728049 on 30-Jul-2013.
