[Resolved]  Yo Bike — poor service after sales

Dear Sir,
I the above named is the user of your vehicle in baroda since i purchased the vehicle your authorised agent M/s Sharma bikes is very poor in after sales. when we purchsed the vehicle any wear and tear of the vehicle was repaired in your service station now after the warranty period the service station doesnt repair any parts instead force to replace the part for want of lucrative money which is really bad for companyies name.

I had kept my vehicle some one week back for rplacing the brake liners which was replaced by new one for Rs. 300/= i paid the price when we brought the vehicle it was seen that my charger was changed by old ones which was earlier had no problem again we took the charger to service station there they asked me to wait for 1 day for needing repairs to that charger. On inquiring the status of the charger they claimed that the chrger will not be repaired but will have to purchase a new one which is costing around 2, 300/= which is costly for a medium class family. Same problem i had earlier where the station repaired now as the warranties and gurantees are over the company ask for replacement. If this is the case with the company like you the consumer will have no option but to contact the media for your wrong represntation of the vehicle or will have to go to the consumer forum i have kept my vehicle in my house with no movements if this matter is not resolved i will call the media and show the yo bike vehicles performace stopped due to no parts available in showroom or costly spare parts of vehicles at a low cost vehicle where consumers attract for wrong advertisement

Hope you will take immediate action and inform your sharma bikes to replace or either repair the charger.

I purchased Yo Speed in sept2009. In this one year four times the byke stopped running in the middle of the road. The dealers repair everytime but again the same problem persists. The company is also not taking any measures to solve the problem. It seem the dealers do not have proper trained techicians. The service is very poor and the yo byke is bad. I repent for purchasing this byke.

In these days there's battery or charger problem in our vehicle il.e batterys are not getting charged because of some problem but as warrenty is already finished a man comes twice or thrice to see the problem but he doens't solve it. May be he doesn't find the fault or what...but we are very unhappy from your service. our bike is standing from a Month and we are handling too much problem.

yo bike ko pichhle vars hi kharida tha. mahoday do mahine bad hi eske avreg me kafi giravat aai karib ek bar charg karne par 30 km hi chal pati thi. eski shikayat ashis yo bike bilaspur (c g) se ki tin mahine uprant mere shikayat per amal kiya gaya. kuchh had tak shikayat dur ki gai. parantu oct 2010 se punah avreg 27 km ek bar charg karane par chal pa rahi hai. shikayat aap tak pahuchai ja rahi hai kripya eska nirakaran ati shighra karane ki kripa kare. sunil ashatker mo no [protected]

I am the owner of the Yo bike since last 4 years and my experience is very pathetic.

About 8 months back I purchased a battery from your Nagpur Dealer M/s.Nandkishor and sons at a cpost of Rs.8000 and within 3 months it started giving me trouble and giving average of only 15 kms.When I complain to the dealer he strarted blaming me and said that bike has to be sent every month for servicing and battery has to be discharge totally and agin has to be charged.He did it but again it started giving me touble and mty persons have to come just walking midway leaving the important work.

Within 6 months of purchasing the battery I have complain to your dealer atlest thrice and now he is saying that battery will have to be changed.

In view of the above i feel that reputation of the company is at stake and should give explanatios to the following questions,

1.Does company is giving gurrenty of the battery when they are selling it at such a high price?

2.If they are providing such substandard quality batteries why they continue to sale the vechile and cheating to the common people?

3.What can be done to this battery which I purchased at a exorbatant cost?

My vehicle is still lyeing at the show room at Nagpur and I need urgent reply from the company otherwise I have already decided to tlk to the owner of the company.

mark bikes — no warranty and service

I had purchased a an electric scooter(mark bikes) from chabra bikes and and batteries, 31 raja garden on 24 th oct 2010.Its been just 3 months when a problem was detected in its charging.since it is in a warranty period I went to the showroom and to my surprise,the showroom was shut down,and no-one is picking the given numbers.there is no other outlet of mark bikes.I havent got the free service too.PLEASE HELP , BILL INVOICE NO R-24/10-11
hi i am a customer of yo byk(electron) from hyderabad, purchased on 11/1/10,
when i was buying itthe sales person told me that it wil give me 60 km mileage, but til now it dindt gave me that much of mileage, it gave me only 20 to 30 km, for which i complained from starting onward but in oct they changed my battery, but again it started now,
kindy request you to see upon it as my guarantee time got over i unable to do anything as whenever i talk to the head person over there, he say it will give u mileage i[censored] ride it more than 20 km per day, which i can not, so give me some solution
I totally agree with all the above complains. I MR. Hemant S. Bhati also buy Yosmart from valsad, Gujarat branch before 4 years but we still have so many problems in this byke, because you are just selling the bikes but not giving service properly to us. From last 4 months my bike is in home only. before 1 and halfyear i have changed my battery from near battery operator due to not response from your side. now it was not in working condition due it does not have any light blinking, no horne, even my main stand was broken. and i was seriously require any service from you to this bike, so that it can run properly. once i charge this bike for 3 to 4 hours it was just run for 10 km only.
so please if you have any person who can do me a favour for repair or service to GIDC, umbergaon Dist - Valsad.

meri bhi yahi samsya hai. maine kharidi tab se hi average ki shikayat karti ayi hoon. har waqt company test karke kaheti hai ki hamne check kiya aur hame to 60 se bhi zyada average mil rahi hai. Jaise ki hum to jooth hi bol rahe hai aisa company ko lagta hai
ever since i purchased the yo-electron a year ago I have been telling the company that I do not get average more than 40. in the beginning they said after the battery goes thru a few cycles of charging it will improve. but nothing of that happened and now my average has come down to 30 which i had predicted it would. Each time the company claims they have tested the bike and they are getting average of more than 60kms. It is the company's word against the customers. How I regret not having read these comments before purchasing my bike
please ban the company for cheating the customers
purchased an yo byke electron for my college going son. he does around 27-30 kms every day. after 8 months the battery is dead and when i contacted the company they are asking me to replace the battery
by paying 8500.00 does not make sense to buy this bike and also the service is horribily inefficient. please explain as to how this is better than an petrol run bike except for the fact that it is green. most of the parts used are cheap plastic and made in china. really useless vehicle and the comany is also a big cheat.

I am owner of electron ER.This bike manual is print 4 pcs batteries but present batteries in the bike is 2pcs.why???????????.This bike manual is print one fuse in tool kit but not present.why????????????????.

Really running yo bike is costly affair, I purchase Yo speed in April 2009, Replaced charger twice @ 2090/- each. Light is not working... Brake shoe gone. No after sales service. Dealer says to bring it to their place, It is not possible becoz I live in south delhi and dealer is at karkaddooms court i.e. approximately near Ghaziabad border. I think i had taken wrong decision.

i had purchse yo bike almost 3 yr after the purchses yo bike i am very disappointed after purchase yo bike.company says that his battery back up is more then 60 km but after pur the bike i knew that this battery back up is maximum 35 km per charge, many time i complend that his back up is very week but no body is remove my problem after 1 and 1/2 yr i had pur new battery i dont know where is service centre in patna becouse every time service centre is changed. so please solved my problem

I am Prakash Sukhramani purchased yo bike speed just 3 years ago in Gandhidham (kutch). Since last
one year there is no service provider is available in the Gandhidham (kutch). Just 2 days ago you were given an advertisement in the news paper. In the news paper there is your one dealer in the Gandhidham (kutch). I telephoned him and asked for service of my yobike. But your dealer denied to give service and asked that I had stopped to sell and service of YOBIKE because compny is not responding to me.

If company is not responding to their dealer than how dealer will give the service to customers. ????

Please help us for repairing / manitenance of my yobike speed. My vehicle is in non-use since last six months.
