[Resolved]  YouTele — Wifi Router

I'm a very old customer of youtele. after inquiring many a times from their customer care, i renewed my account by online payment mode.
I was told by their customer care that i will be allowed to choose wifi router from different make that they provide and also they told me that the router will be installed straight away after i make the payment.
They encourage me to go for online renewal as there is extra discount given to online renewals.

The main issue that stands is
1). that in their online terms n conditions page nowhere it is mentioned that only D-link routers will be given instead its clearly mention " 9.Router make & brand installed at the Subscriber’s premises shall be based on available stocks with the company. The Company shall provide free service & installation."
the above point does not mention about the time duration of installation. it only states about the router make brand.

2). now they are stating that it is mentioned in the terms that it will take 21 working days to install the router which is nowhere mentioned in the online terms and condition. on arguing that they told that it is written on physical paper which one fills when paying cash / cheque.
neither is was told by their customer care nor it is mentioned on their website terms n condition page.

3). they are saying that the company has changed the policy and it will be reflected on the web site later and as i have clicked the i agree button and made the payment i m bounded by it.
nowhere it is mentioned in the terms n condition that i will be affected by any changes made in the term and conditions later on.

a person named hemant gaule has been assigned the job for me. i am continuously requesting them to ask hemant to call me, they are saying that the company will call me within 24 workin hours but none has called me. its been over 10 days....
