Zirconia — Sony xperia sola mobile accessory

Dear Sir,
I tried to reach Circonia over phone #[protected], [protected] but it was coming not reachable.

I purchase new SONY xperia Sola from them via rediff shopping, order #7675987.

Its USB cable is not charging my cell phone which is very disappointing me and the Bluetooth which i have received that's charger is not working..

So, I requested them to send us a bluetooth device which can be charged with the same type of cable instead of separate one and a USB cable as early as possible.

If needed i can send the defective charger and usb cable to Circonia end.

This was communicated to them on 21.01.13 via mail but till the time no response received.

Please push them to solve the issue.
