Zirconia — Wrong Product

I had ordered Nokia E7 Vertical Carry Case from rediff shopping, Order No. 7271548. But i found the product is faulty and not genuine. Secondly it was different from what was shown on rediff site. (pls find attached image of product) Product value is INR 660.00.
and already sent back to CIRCONIA 416, Daulat Bhavan, 407,407A Kalbadevi Main Road, Opp Bhaangwaadi Kalbadevi,Mumbai - 400002 for replacement or refund.
